Taehyung was leaning against the glass wall as his finance manager explained how the hospital's turnover for the month was low comparatively this month.

His father was sitting on his table listening to his words carefully as he thought of tactics to increase their revenue.

"Taehyung, what do you think? It's our main branch, if the revenue is low this month, then it's concerning." He urged.

Taehyung put his hands in his pocket as he walked closer to his father.

"Dad, let's organize a charity foundation event and promote the treatment of our hospital. Talk to the health minister and invite him to be the chief guest. ASAN medical hospital should be the talk of the town. Collect funds from famous industrialists in exchange of popularity. It will be an easy way of tax evasion. They don't really have to donate the sum amount they declare." Taehyung suggested.

"It will take a lot of time. I was thinking about avoiding normal deliveries and insisting on C section. Running unnecessary tests and increasing the price of special treatments that aren't much available just everywhere." Mr. Kim suggested and Taehyung shook his head.

"Leave the event on me. I am sure that's going to fetch us a lot of trust from the public. Also whatever you just said is what we are doing currently. The most we can do is fetch foreign medical equipments that aren't available in Korea yet. Also investing in research department can be beneficial in the upcoming years." He explained.

"Hmm, I will talk to the high officials regarding all this." He said and left the conference room to meet his wife.

Most of the times when Eunji was physically hurt, Hanseul wouldn't bring her to his hospital to avoid media conspiracy but that day when Eunji fell short of breath, he got scared and brought her to his hospital.

Eunji was looking out of the window as the nurse changed her dressing. Hanseul entered and she shifted in her place.

He gestured the nurse to leave after she was done before he closed the door and walked to her.

"How are you feeling now?" He calmly asked holding her hand. She nodded not looking at him."Are you mad at me?" He asked and she shook her head."Why did you do that? Do you realize what I felt once I saw you almost dead? I thought I lost you this time." His tone was remorseful."All I ever wanted from you was loyalty. I never demanded love from you. Just needed your attention. Is it that difficult for you to offer me that?" His tone sounded weak.

"I am sorry." She said what she thought was right and he shook his head.

"I don't need your sorry. I need you, it's not even about want anymore. For the remaining life we have got, can I atleast have you all? Can you not forget him and give me a chance for once?" He asked.

"I am sorry but I am tired now. For the rest of my life I want to be alone, away from our marriage that never provided me with the sheild I always craved for. And about the chance, I have given you plenty, the day I got married to you, I forgot about him, it was you who reminded me of him all the time even though he wasn't a part of my life anymore." Her eyes teared up as Hanseul's grip on her hand loosened. She was speaking up for the first time in these years.

She never demanded for divorce or attempted to leave him because she hoped for things to get better and not like her family would have supported her decision of leaving such an influential person.

Also after she had Taehyung, she wanted to stay because she didn't want him to grow up without a father figure.

"Eunji, stop it. Do you know what you are talking about?" Hanseul was baffled.
