Janet's P.O.V.

"Brother" "Marco"

The 2 boys were stunned. Us girls were too, mom not as much. They both had nice figures with black hair. Marco was tall and lean, sporting some light abs. His brown eyes are playful with a smirk to match. The man with shaggy hair was hot. This man had a nice clean chest with a couple solid abs. His light blue green eyes held darkness in them that made me want to find out who he was. He held me prisoner for a moment before turning around and walking away to take a pair of shorts from Scarlett. My body reacted to that by my heat beat speeding up and my body relaxing. It's as if my body already felt safe near him yet exited at the same time. Marco took a pair as well.

Sally seemed really shocked. Understandably from what my brother told me, Marco was there for months as a wolf. Then to find out to be a werewolf, creating this bond with him. Cuddling and hanging out. 

"No wonder why you always left when I got changed or took a shower," Sally turned to her brother, "What about the other 2?"

"They are normal wolves. The plot of land we use every other day for the wolves to run, is actually owned by the boss. He lends it to the inner circle members. We just use it more than the others." he replied.

He waved to the mystery man as he said boss. Inner circle members? Yellow pepper? Boss? I heard Scarlett call the man master as they have a low conversation when he got back putting on the shorts. Just then I see a certain yellow hoodie rapped around Zesty's waist. Scarlett and crimson both mean red. It is known that Crimson Fang is the right hand of the leader of the Sun Viper gang. My brother's behavior these last couple years is starting to fall into place. 

"Mom, I think Kaiden has something has been forgetting to tell us, right brother?" I said as I looked straight at him with an intense gaze.

Kaiden pales with an 'oh, shit' face. He is trying to find words with his jaw moving and sounds not coming out as mom gazes at him after what I said. Then it comes out, confirming what I thought.

"I joined Sun Vipers at the beginning of last summer in order to help out with bills. I am sorry." Kaiden confessed.

He looked mom and me in the eyes. Mom walked up and firmly smacked his head.

"You know why I did that?" asked mom.

"Because I endangered myself unnecessarily." he replied.

Mom knelt down.

"Yes, and that will be your only punishment. The money you brought home helped us a lot and I appreciate that you stepped up." 

Mom turns to grandma.

"Mari, you knew the whole time and kept him safe, thank you." she stated. 

"You should know better by now that promise was not limited to those fucked up people. We have become family. I will protect my family at all costs and beat up some evil dip shits in the process. I have been wanting to take down those bastards for a while now." states grandma Mari.

"Ya, what is going on? Who was that man at the house?" asked Kaiden.

"I will explain in a moment. But first Scarlett, will you tell me what really happened the other night?" Mom asked.

"Of course!" Scarlett replied.

She has been done talking to this Boss person for a bit now and tells everyone what really happened. She even told mom what happened at the house yesterday with the creepy man. Mom wasn't fazed when Scarlett mentioned using magic. I was about to find out why. Mom nodded her head when Scarlett finished. By this time mom was back in her seat. Her hands folded together.
