"What? How is this possible?" my grandfather asked, surprised to see that Sola and Tully were awake and their skin was no longer green.

"Does it matter? Sola and Tully can come with us now~!" I yelled happily, embracing them.

"This just doesn't make sense. Was there a delayed reaction or something? But this had never happened before. ...I shouldn't question this, should I?"

Seeing the smile on my face was more than enough to give him the answer he was looking for. So long as I was happy, that was all that mattered to him.

"Yes, they can come with us, but this is nothing more than a miracle."

A miracle that happened yesterday.

"Well, with that, you should have no problem bringing your friends along with you to the capital," Bel said to me outside in the rose garden. "You know, you should have told me beforehand that you were moving to the capital. My father has business there."

"He does? But you're a monster, right?"

"Me? A monster? Pfft~! Let's just say that I'm something similar," she said back to me in a cryptic way.

I didn't quite understand what she meant, but at least I knew that this wasn't going to be the last time that I was going to see her.

"And a fifth birthday coming up. I'll have to attend that as well."

"You can?"

Wouldn't the horns and the tail stand out too much?

"Of course, I can just watch."

A bright light appeared around her body, and seconds later, her horns and tail disappeared. It was amazing. I wouldn't have even known that something was wrong if I had seen her like this when we first met.

"Woah, where did they go?"

"There still there, but I used magic to make them invisible," she said, bragging a bit, but who could blame her? She was amazing. "I learned this when I was seven."

Seven? She must be some sort of genius!

"How... how old are you?"

Was she actually a child like me, or was she a species of monster that ages slower?

"Your big sister is a whopping nine years old!"

Nine? She looked older. Should I be saying that? If she could hear me, she would probably be upset to hear me call her old.

"Your big sister is amazing, and maybe one day I can show you a thing or two."

"Hehehe~. I would like that, but I can't."

I had barely any mana. There was no way that I could use magic. It was a nice thought, but that was all it could be, just a thought.

"Hmm~. We'll see about that. But I better get going before anyone sees me. I'll be sure to see you in the capital. Until then, continue being cute," she said, kissing me on the forehead before flying away, leaving me with many questions.

"Ill...Illya? Are you alright?" my grandfather asked me, snapping me out of my daydreaming.

"I'm fine~!" I happily said back to him.

"Hmm~. Are you certain? Your face is bright red."

Bright red? ...No! Why did I have to be embarrassed by a little kiss? I know it's technically the first time that I've been kissed by a girl, but she only did it to mess with me.

"I'm fine. I wanna see Auntie Sara," I said, trying to change the subject.

"Your aunt is dealing with a sensitive subject right now, one of which that she caused herself. We should leave her alone for now."
