A loud knock on the window woke Ashton up and he was in a total shock. "Dude, no need for that," he said to Michael, the one who woke him up. Ashton turned his head to his left where Nathalie sat before but she wasn't there. He turned around to see the backside of the van and no one was there either.

He got off the van and then walked to Michael who told him to follow him into the woods. The sight of the woods gave him shivers since that day when they first met Leslie and how they were being chased by zombies inside the woods.

"Mikey, where are we going?" he asked when he stood up beside Michael.

"We found a place, come on," Michael pulled on Ashton's arm and dragged him into the woods.

"No, don't tell me you found another cabin. I don't want what happened before to happen again, Michael," Ashton refused to come with him.

"It's not a cabin and please do me a favor to come with me because the others are waiting," he spoke and finally Ashton gave in.

They walked through the woods silently and carefully because they were afraid that there will be something bad inside the woods. They just didn't want to attract anything.

A few minutes after, they arrived at the other end of the woods and showed a village that was still on a good condition and they could see actual human walking around and doing activities there.

"What?" Ashton mumbled to himself. Michael was still walking and Ashton then followed him until they arrived at a house and Calum was on the porch sitting alone.

"Hi, Joy!" Michael shouted when he saw Joy was walking outside the house wearing new clothes and looked cleaner than before.

"Um, Ash, just go to that house. The others were there," Michael spoke and then left him to go to Joy.

"Good afternoon, sleepyhead," Calum greeted when Ashton just arrived at the house.

"Hey, Cal," Ashton ruffled his hair before getting inside the house.

There he met the rest of his friends just sitting and eating fruits from the table.

"Finally you're here," Jack spoke.

"Wait, did you really leave me out there alone?" Ashton questioned and they all grinned.

"Oops. But hey, you're here now," Nathalie spoke cheerfully.

"What is here?" Ashton asked and Grace then started explaining.

When they were all still sleeping inside the van, a guy suddenly knocked the window and woke all of them. He looked normal and that's why they all started to do what he wanted them to do. And he wanted them to follow him to this village. He welcomed them and gave them the house to stay for as long as they want. He gave them clean clothes and everything.

"Nathalie also told him what were we doing outside the woods before we found this village and he was shocked about that," Grace spoke to him.

"Wow, nice. So we're staying here?" Ashton asked and his friends then nodded.

"Just for a couple of days," Ashton nodded.

"Syl," Luke called when he saw Sylvia walking pass the house. Calum who was still sitting on the porch alone just looked at him with a smirk on his face.

Luke walked to Sylvia and said "walk with me?" he talked carefully. Sylvia was actually still couldn't believe what Luke did the day before at the bookstore but she nodded at him anyway.
