Chapter Twenty Four

The next morning I woke up and remembered that I was supposed to meet with Angel today to talk about everything. Angel was already up. He was sitting on the side of my bed.

Angel noticed I was awake and he turned around. "Well good morning babe."

"Good morning Angel. It's finally a new day!" I say enthusiastically.

"You seem to be better today," Angel noted.

"Yeah, I am."

"I do actually need to go. I am supposed to meet with (n/n). They said they need to talk to me today," Angel stated.

Angel stood up to leave. "Wait a sec Angie!" I pleaded.

"Huh?" Angel asked.

I stood up on my bed, making me about Angel's height. I pulled Angel in and kissed him.

"Okay you can go now." I said.

"That was cute, bye (y/n)! I'll see you later!" Angel said as he walked out my room.

I transformed and left the Hotel. I walked to the cemetery and waited for Angel to show up. A few minutes later I saw Angel. "I'm here (n/n)!" Angel called. I walked past the bushes and walked into the field. Angel followed behind me.

I sat down on the field. "Sit down Angel, there is a lot I have to tell you."

Angel sat down beside me, "So, what's up (n/n)?"

"A lot... I do need you to promise me that you won't try to stop me..." I mumbled.

"Stop you from doing what?" Angel asked, confused.

"So, you obviously know about my powers of fire, water, ice, earth, illusion, good, and evil. But, there is something you don't know..."

"And that is?...", Angel asked.

"I..I've been...stealing Valentino's magic..." I confessed.

"Val's magic?! Why? You do know what he is capable of right?! If he found out you'd be double dead!" Angel stated. He started raising his voice, but he was more concerned than mad.

"I know the risks I am taking. My motive gets worse though..."

"Are ya gonna tell me or not?" Angel asked.

"I'm trying to find a way to stop Valentino. I just hate the way he treats his employees."

"I have no words...You think you can stop HIM?! He would kill you!" Angel stated.

"Oh and that's not all...I've been hiding something from you.",I continued.

"There's more?" Angel asked.

I nodded. "I'm not who I say I am..."

"What do you mean?",Angel asked confused.

"I mean, the way I look is fake. I transform into (n/n) everyday for work," I admitted.

"Then, who are you really?",Angel pressed.

I stand up, "(y/n) transform."

Angel looked at me speechless.

"Please say something..." I whispered as I sat back down with Angel.

He still didn't say anything, instead he pulled me in and hugged me.

"I don't like your motives, but if ya need my help I'm here," Angel whispered.

"Thank you, I appreciate it," I responded.

"Oh, I want to give you something." I put my hands around the star charm on my necklace and copied the necklace with my magic. I hand Angel the copied necklace. "This will protect you from Val's magic, at least partly. It will also give you the same powers I have."

"Can I take Val's magic too?" Angel asked.

"The necklace will take Val's magic on its own," I responded.

"Well, that's interesting," Angel said.

"One more thing. Now that there are two necklaces we can call for each other with them. If you call me my necklace will glow pink and if I call you your necklace will glow (f/c). All you have to do is tap the center of the necklace and say call and the name of who you want to call."

"Sorry to randomly change the subject but, about that void you were stuck in yesterday?" Angel began.

"It was because of Val...he already knows what I'm doing..." I whispered.

"I was worried yesterday when you said that you were stuck in that void," Angel replied.

"That was all I needed to tell you about...thank you for understanding..." I said.

"Of course babe, you know I'm here for ya.", Angel responded. He pulled me in and kissed me on the cheek.

"I come here to practice my powers around midnight almost every night. You're welcome to join me anytime if you want to practice your own powers.", I said.

"Okay, I may join ya sometimes toots," Angel replied.
