Chapter Twenty Seven

~ (Y/n)'s POV ~

It wasn't too long when my necklace started glowing pink. I tapped it, "Angel?"

"Val, I promise you nothing is going on!"Angel's voice rang from my necklace.

"I'm not stupid Angel cakes, I can tell when you're lying to me!!!" Valentino's voice boomed.

I then heard a loud bang. Then, what sounded to be a slap.

"Val stop!" Angel cried.

"I'm not going to let this go on any longer. I'm just gonna have to hope my powers are strong enough."

I created a portal and teleported myself to the studio. The closer I got to Angel the brighter my necklace glowed. I ran until I could hear Angel and Valentino's voices through a door.

I heard more loud bangs and slaps. "STOP!" Angel cried.

I tried to open the door, but it was locked. I put my hand on the door knob and used my ice magic to freeze the lock. I burst into the room. What I saw hurt my soul. Valentino had Angel pinned against the wall and he had bruises on his face and arms.

Angel kept his focus on Val, he didn't want to blow my cover. I sent Val's own magic directly at him wrapping the magic around Val's arms.

Val looked down at his hands, "What the fLuck?!!!"

Valentino turned around and saw me standing at the door. "YOU!!!" Val yelled, his magic filling the room.

I summoned my magic wings and flew past Val and grabbed Angel's hand. I started to teleport us out when Val grabbed my arm and was teleported to an alley with us.

I began to merge my powers together with Val's magic. I still didn't have much effect on him. All I can do is hope to steal all of his magic. The only problem is my necklace can't hold that much magic. I will need to create another necklace just to store Valentino's magic. I put my hands around the star on my necklace and copied it.

The copied necklace lay in my hands. I summoned my magic and focused on pulling Val's magic away from him. "This is going to take me a while!!!" My magic may be strong but I am not strong enough to stop Valentino.

Val was still able to move and attack us despite the magic hold I had on him. It's like my powers didn't change his own physical abilities, I was just very slowly taking all of his magic. He would soon be powerless, but not without a fight.

It didn't take long before I was starting to get weak. Using my powers like this isn't safe for me yet. Despite the growing fatigue I did not give up. While I was taking Valentino's magic Angel was keeping Valentino busy with his own magic.

Val tried to summon his magic against us, but that was just more helpful for me. Soon Valentino was able to tell what was happening to his own magic. I was getting close to taking all of Val's magic. All while I was about to pass out. I was beginning to struggle to stay on my feet.

Val looked at a building behind me and smiled. Next thing I knew I felt a sharp stabbing pain on the back of my calf. Almost falling down, I glanced back, still staying focused on Valentino. Someone was standing at the top of a building. They shot an arrow into my leg. Angel looked up at the building, "YOU BLITCH!" Angel shouted before sending a stream of magic after the demon. The demon saw the magic and instantly ran away.

Valentino was finally losing most of his strength. "Almost!" I whispered to myself. I pulled the last of Val's magic away from him and I teleported Val away, to who knows where.
