After the bath we got ready, Nkosi told me that he was taking me somewhere fun ekasi and that I should wear something I'll be comfortable in preferably not a dress. I took out a pair of blue skinny jeans, a black fitted tank top, black crop leather jacket and my white and black AF1s. I styled my knotless braids up into a bun, coincidentally we were kind of matching, he wore black jeans, crew neck t-shirt and leather jacket with a cap and Nike Jordan's to match. My man looked yummy guys.
Him: Mrs Ndlovu!! Uyashisa Sthandwa Sam
I giggled blushingMe: You don't look too bad yourself Mr Ndlovu.
He gave me a kiss and led the way out.In the car we were listening to music and because ngithanda nomzulu qobo it was obviously Maskandi.
Nkosi: "Maye babo
Hawu maye babo
Wamuhle ntombi yom-Afrika yho
Uyisiphalaphala ntombi
Umuhle mntanomuntu
Uyisiphalaphala ntombi
Maye umuhle mntanomuntu
Uyisiphalaphala ntombi
Umuhle mntanomuntu
Heyi inhle intombi (Uyisiphalaphala ntombi)
Maye umuhle mntanomuntu"I laughed at him and he joined in kissing my hand.
Today was my last day on leave, I was going to work tomorrow. We arrived at an open field and there were cars spinning, music and people drinking and dancing. He stopped the car and we got out, he came, took my hand and he lead us to a shaded carport, when we got there we found Kagiso and a few of Nkosi's other friends. We greeted everyone and I sat on Nkosi's lap while my legs were in between his. The vibes were really good, he whispered into my ear
Nkosi: Come, I have something to show you.
I looked at him and he kissed me.
Me: Okay.
We stood up and walked towards the crowd, one thing about Nkosi when his around people is that his aura feels heavy, he has this serious face that sometimes I even feel intimidated so you can imagine the others around him. We walk through the crowd as they just open up for him like when the Jordan River opened for the Israelites.
Someone: Shadow!!
Second person: Bozza yama bozza
Were the greetings thrown in which he responded with a nod. We got to what looks like a circle with lots of people around and there was a gusheshe in the middle, I looked up at Nkosi and he continued looking forward as we walked towards the car. We got to the car and he opened the door for me, I stopped and looked at him
Him: Trust me
I got in and I felt my emotions overwhelm me, I was excited and scared. I heard people whistling and praising him.
He turned the car on and looked at me, he smirked and winked at me and sped off, he span the car and I felt the wind hit my face, he continued spin with his one hand spinning the wheel and the other changing the gears now and then. It was so much fun, people were cheering and Nkosi seemed to be having fun. The car stopped and Nkosi chuckled, I looked at him and joined in. We got out and his face went serious, I laughed at that.
: Ibuyile ibozza yama bozza, bozza yo spina.
We walked past the crowd and went back to his friends.
Kagiso: You still got it njaka
They chest pumped. He leaned against the table and pulled my waist.Him: How was it?
Me: It was great, I didn't know you can spin cars.
He chuckledHim: It's something I used to do
We were interrupted by a phone call, he picked up the phone.
Him: Sho.
.....
I noticed his face change
Him: Nini?
....
Him: Khuphi?
he looked straight into my eyes something was wrong.Him: Sho ngizok'bona manje.
He dropped the callMe: Yini?
Him: Kagiso ngiding' ukuthi uthathe uAyanada uye edladleni.
He gave him a look almost as if it's a code
Me: Ini?
Kagiso: Sho, Aya asambe.
Me: Cha, Nkosi Kwenzakalani?
He pinched the bridge of his nose with his thumb and index finger.
Me: Nkosinathi?
Him: Ayanda yenza lento ngikutshela yona!!!!
I look at him, he's never raised his voice at me the way he just did, everyone was looking now. He calmed downHim: Yaya ngiyaxolisa, just ple....
Me: Kagiso asambe.
I walked away towards his carNkosi: Yaya!!...Ayanda!!
I got in the car and soon after they both walked to the car. Kgosi got in and closed the door and Nkosi leaned on the frame, I could feel his eyes on me.
Nkosi: Keep her safe ngizon' thola phambili. Yaya, ngiyak'thanda.
He moved away, Kgosi started the car and sped off.
