Circus Magic

The Final Act

Severus set up a meeting and convinced everyone to come. Other than death of course as he has no way of contacting him. I however did get in contact with him using my reaper powers. 

He came when I called and after a similar initial reaction to the one I had to Severus but it was shared by both of us. I assume it is because we have not interacted before. After we both calm down we talk about what is going on and he agrees to stay for a little while.

One by one the others arrive and I make sure that Dumbledore is not alerted to the people coming into Severus's office.

Finally after everyone arrives and my magic calms down Severus leads us into his living quarters and we all sit on the couch. I go over my creature inheritance test results and we talk about how this might work in the future.

We end the 'meeting' with hugs and goodbyes before we all head out different ways. I head back to the circus.

It has been four years since I found out who my mates are. The first year they took turns courting me and I did the same for them. We officially had a goblin bond and marry us two years ago. It was a small ceremony with only close family and friends as creatures are often looked down upon. I did however finally reveal my secret to my dad and my brother and they took it remarkably well.

We adopted a few magical orphans and started our own family circus. It is called The Krum Family's Magical Circus. We chose Victor's last name as it has the least connections to the non magical world. Our circus caters to both magical and non magical folks.

I completed all the circuits and held the title of champion until I retired after I had the title for a few years. Athena is still a name held in high honors in the circuits and not allowed as a nickname.

Trouble is brewing in Magical Britain right now and Luna said that sadly I am the one that has to do something about it. Our family circus is currently in Belgaria so I tell my family where I am going and I return to England.

It turns out that Dumbledore is trying to reveal the magical community to all of the non-magical people. Clearly he doesn't remember what the history books said happened last time we were revealed.

I travel to Hogwarts, the place that he is trying to break the ancient wards on. I use my powers over the castle to find him. I pull him away from the ward stone. His old body hits the floor about a foot away from the ward stone. "What do you think you are doing?!"

"The muggles deserve to know."

"Why? So they can kill us all? Starting with the children here. They won't hesitate to hurt us. They have in the past and they would again."

"But most of them would welcome us and stop the others."

"There are a few good non-magicals but most are not even accepting of the differences in their own people."

"We have shields."

"Their weapons will be able to get through them as they are only made to block spells and people." He starts mumbling to himself about the greater good and the Aurors arrive. They take him away to a mental institution and send warders to fix the damage that he had done.

After Hogwarts was safe again, I head home and we put on a great show.
