I am a lifelong fan of mystery, thriller, and action novels. I've stayed awake too many sleepless nights inhaling their pages. A few months ago, I sat on a cruise to Alaska, the cold wind streaming in through my balcony door. I thought: what if I wrote one, too? About 80,000 words later, and here we are.
This is my first book, and my first real work of fiction that's a purely selfish creation. I am proud of it, flaws and all. I also owe a huge debt of gratitude to everyone who has read, voted, and commented on this story. I may not have finished it without the knowledge that someone, somewhere, was reading it.
