Alright so, the obvious is that Issei will be the blue blurry bastard himself, but he will keep some of his canon traits, like his pervertedness. It's gonna be way more muted though.
The biggest change will probably be Matsuda and Motohama because COME ON! Sonic, Tails, and Knuckles. Issei, Motohama, and Matsuda. The stars aligned. Like Issei, they have their canon traits, but muted as well, not on Issei's level but it's still less.
The rating game between Riser and Rias will happen earlier, and she won't have Asia as a bishop, because I got that situation figured out somewhere in my head.
