Shooting forward, he redirects his momentum by kicking off the ground to juke out Riser as he goes for an axe kick on his back. It lands as Riser goes flying into a wall.
Riser: Lucky shot! Riser will not let another hit land from the likes of you!
Issei disappears from his sight, he frantically searches for the speedster.
Issei: Over here!
Riser gets punched with a left hook he couldn't see coming. Using this opportunity, Issei starts assaulting him with a barrage of punches and kicks too fast to keep track of.
Issei: Updraft! He spins backwards bringing his foot out to Kick Riser into the air. He jumps after him
Issei: Windmill! Rotates his body to kick Riser three times

Riser crashes into the ground creating a cloud of dust as Issei lands about a yard away from him. Due to his Phenex heritage, he regenerates all damage that was done to him in the last few seconds. The others were flabbergasted at the display of Style Issei exuded in his fighting style. This is the same man who occasionally peeks at the girls in the lockers?
