Jisoo

I think my good mood is putting me at my peak because Bohyun and I are competing in swimming class and he lost. I give a satisfied smile when I see the time I managed in this last contest and decide to get out of the pool.

I take the towel and I'm drying my hair when he comes out too and has an unhappy expression on his face. I hold back the urge to laugh and realize that his chest is scratched, with some bruises scattered around. At least I'm not the only one who has something to hide.

"What happened to make you look like this? It had been a while since you were this energetic." the brunette says as he grabs another towel and is drying his own hair.

"Good mood, some things are working out very well for me." I bite my mouth as I remember the last night with Jennie.

"If it's what I'm thinking or who I'm thinking about..." he says softly as he approaches me and I rest my hand on his chest as I look at him with an amused smile on my face.

"I'll tell you if you tell me who you're dating." I respond in the same tone and he smiles widely.

"I don't know where you got that from." he shrugs and looks away, doing exactly as I did that day in the cafeteria. I get closer to him and scratch over the scratches on his chest and arm.

"I took it from right here, darling." Bohyun lets out a laugh when he hears me and rests his hand on my back, almost gluing my body to his.

"I'll tell you if you decide to open the game with me." he says without looking away.

"Since when have we been bargaining for information and confidences?" I place my hand under my chest in a dramatic tone. "I would never expect that from you, Bohyun!"

"Since when did you decide not to share things with me." He wraps his arms around my waist and holds me close to him, I walk with him slowly to the edge of the pool without him realizing it. "But I think you'll like to know what's going on in my life."

"So what are we waiting for?" I push him into the pool again and start laughing when I see him looking like he's going to return this prank. I wear only my black shorts and Bohyun's light blue shirt, leaving it with the buttons open while I wait for the bikini top to dry a little more, even though it's too long for me.

Bohyun also wears pink shorts and a black tank top while shaking his head in denial when he sees me in his shirt.

"This mini competition of ours made me hungry, shall we go to the café?" he says as he picks up my gym bag and his, throwing them both over his shoulder.

"Great, I'm hungrier than usual." I put my arm through his "You always have good ideas."

"Wait and you will see what prank I will prepare for you." I laugh when I hear him "I won't forget that you pushed me into the pool, that's for sure."

A few people smile warmly at us as we walk to the coffee shop and Bohyun stands behind me, his hand resting on my shoulder, as I push the door open for us to enter. I look around the place to choose a table and see that Jennie, Hoyeon and the girls are at the same table they were at that day.

Like some crazy tune, Jennie looks in my direction and I give her a half smile that soon closes her expression and I'm confused by this reaction. I wave to the girls and feel Bohyun take his hand off my shoulder to wave too. Hoyeon has her eyes narrowed at the two of us who end up sitting at the same table we were occupying before.

"Start." I say as soon as we place our order with a random waiter. I don't think Félix is working today because I haven't seen him yet.

"You start." he leans back on the couch, challenging me.

"My story is bigger than yours." I shrug and do as he does.

"If you're fooling me..." he clears his throat "I met someone and I'm going out with this person."

"I know?" I raise one of my eyebrows trying to imagine who piqued his interest.

"Yeah" he shrugs "But you don't like her."

"Someone I don't like?" I frown when trying to think of a person I don't like. "I can't imagine anyone." Bohyun leans towards me and takes my hand under the table, playing with my fingers.

"You're not trying hard enough." he nods discreetly towards Jennie's table and the pieces form in my mind. The brunette smiles broadly as he intertwines his fingers with mine.

"No way!!!" I don't think Bohyun has ever left me as surprised as he is now "Are you serious? Since when have you been dating Hoyeon? How was that?"

"Whoa, whoa, calm down." he laughs "I think it was a week after the announcement, I was at the club and she was there, it ended up happening and we've been hanging out ever since."

"Wait, so when you said those things to me, you already knew they were cousins?" I blink a few times trying to assimilate everything he is revealing to me.

"Yes, that's why I suggested you go after what you wanted."

"And at what level are things between you?" I raise my eyebrows teasingly and see him with slightly pink cheeks.

"It's nothing very serious, but I want to get to know her better, you know?" Bohyun sighs "It's complicated because it was difficult to convince her that you and I aren't dating anymore or she thinks I'm just joking, having fun with her."

"You would never do something like that." I pull my hand from his and rest it on his face, stroking gently "I know you are incapable of playing with someone."

"I'm trying to make her believe me, but she's stubborn and suspicious." he laughs "But I'm confident."

"You'll make it, don't worry. From the look she gave us when we walked in, she's uncomfortable, that's a good thing, right?" I give a half smile and he nods his head in agreement. "Wait, how did you know about... you know."

"After we breakup and went to your cousin's birthday party, you drank too much and were looking at some publications until a photo of Jennie appeared with the girls." Bohyun lets out a little laugh "Then you said: this mandu is so cute, I wish she was mine and I always knew you loved her cheeks."

"And...?"

"And then, at one of your parents' dinners we went to, you sent her a message talking about having sex and when I saw the contact name, I connected the dots." he shrugs.

"How long have you known?"

"Some months." he smiles softly at the waitress who brought our orders "How long has this been going on?"

"More than a year ago." now it's his turn to be surprised.

"Wow, you two are masters of disguise and theater." he laughs and I end up laughing along "How are things now? Did you decide to follow my advice?"

"Yes, I'm trying hard to win her over, although I don't think it's an effort, I like doing things for her and being close to her, but as you said, it's complicated." I let out a sigh and move away from him, leaning against the sofa "But she's worth it, I feel that, Bohyun."

"So fight for her, doesn't matter who you have to face to keep her." the brunette says seriously "If you feel she's worth it, don't give it up for anything or anyone." he takes a sip of his juice.

"I just want to be happy, you know?" I pout.

"I know, Jichu, and you deserve it." He gives me a brief smile. "And I think you're on the right way because she always frowns at me."

"Jealousy is good, it means there is something, so I can keep hope." I look at their table and realize that they are gone.

"Don't worry, there is no person in the world who wouldn't fall in love with you." I look back at him as he winks at me, making me laugh.
