(An: I just really wanted to write this chapter. I was super excited to do it, so I hope you all don't mind it coming out a little bit sooner than you may have expected).
(Avona's flagship) 3rd pov
"You have my attention. What sort of weapon did you have in mind?" Avona questioned with a raised eyebrow.
"It's this." Duke replied, pulling out his hollow communicator, which showed an image of a massive ship.
"Behold the Malevolence." Dooku stated proudly.
Avona was amazed the size of the ship was enormous and what amazed her the most was the main weapon which looked like an ion cannon.
"That's a very impressive ship count however the resources of such a project will be astronomical and by my calculations based of this rough image. It will take 3 of the Raxon ship yards to build that's 60% of our total space." Avona stated matter of factly
"I'm aware of that General. I just want to know can you do it." Dooku replied sounding a little annoyed.
"Yes I can but I'll say this Dooku it won't be free. Just cause I serve the confederacy doesn't mean you get some large special discount. I've already given you enough by only charging you half for those frigates and dreadnoughts this will cost you extra."
Dooku frowned at the statement. He was always annoyed, dealing with businessman, and he had assumed that Avona would comply with the request a little bit more freely, instead of making this argument with him.
"Very well how many credits will this cost?"
"I'll charge you 3 trillion credits for the creation of this new weapon pay the price in full and I can double my efforts to ensure it's completed sooner."
"Deal I trust you won't disappoint me general."
"Trust me count you'll have your weapon, and the Republic will be brought to its knees." Avona replied darkly.
True his word three days later account Duku sent the money to the Raxon trade quild headquarters on Morelia.
And true to her word, Avona doubled her efforts to ensure it was completed sooner. Due to the ships massive size, She had to commission a large number of droids to ensure its completion at a faster rate.
What amazed her was the sheer number of Tourette in Canada placements that would be on the ship, and the fact that she had to put a large pair of rail jets in the middle of it in order to travel between the various floors of the ship
The hardest part of the ship was the plasma rotors, and the main armament of the ion canon. The weapon was so massive that she had to put several large plasma Generators just to ensure stability of this weapon when it was fired because by her calculations, if she didn't place enough plasma in the ship when the ship would fire, it would only be able to do three effective shots before the ship would be basically destroyed if they didn't stabilize the power.
