Narrator: Revenge and a desire for victory grips the republic. Having grown fed up with Avona's Constant victories Chancellor palpatine finally agrees to unleash Thrawn upon the rim.

(Mom Gazza) Admiral Vidar's POV.

My fleet Had just wrapped up its barrel with another republic fleet this time myself and General Andor were battling to take control of Mon Gazza a crucial republic stronghold world.

However loooking around I knew this was a costly battle. Of my 13 frigates in my fleet 4 were destroyed and the rest heavily damaged.

The only ship not damaged was my flagship the Shadow Phantom. But this battle confirmed my suspicions.

While the confederacy navy was numerically superior the republic navy had better quality fighters and Star Crusiers.

I was taken out of my thoughts by My super tactical Droid Kraken.

"Sir republic forces are coming out of hyperspace." He informed me as a republic venator and two light cruisers.

What shocked me was how quickly Y-wings were launched from the venator and began tearing apart the damaged ships in my fleet.

"Launch all fighters and prepare our retreat, and someone get me in contact with General Andor." I ordered the crew.

As my droids scrambled to prepare defenses against the republic Kraken got me in contact with Andor where I informed him of the situation.

"I see get your fleet out of there. I'll hold out here for as long as possible and then when you return we can evacuate." Andor suggested to Me.

Nodding my head I cut the communication just as our ships made the jump to Light speed.

(Thrawn POV).

The Sepratist fleet was in full retreat and Soon Mom Gazza would be ours.

The Jedi attachment and the ground forces arrived shortly after I kicked the enemy fleet out of the system.

The army was led by Aayla Secura one of the few Jedi I respected.

"Sir we have a transmission from General Secura." My Lieutenant informed me.

"Put it through." I commanded as the hologram of Aayla Secura popped up.

"Captain we are ready to begin attack." Aayla informed me.

"Excellent with any luck Admiral Colburn will arrive soon to cover us while we attack the planet."

Nodding her head Secura cut the communication off and I approached the bridge watching the gunships descend on the planet.

(3rd POV) battle of Mom Gazza.

Andor had scars bles his men to defense positions in preparation for the inevitable attack but an issue he forgot to inform Vidar about was the Republic garrison and not been completely wiped out.

So when Securas gunships descended on the planet and attacked his front line forces it was a blood bath as droids were mowed down in the thousands.

Furthermore the Morelian divisions he had were limited since they were scattered to defend key strongholds around the planet.
