The RaunVolk, pronounced Ran-Vole-K, is located in the very center of the United States. In the small town of Lebanon, Kansas the entire population here is werewolves.
The RaunVolk pack originated in England and came to the large land of the states. The name RaunVolk also came down with the original family that settled in the very center of the future states.
Why is this pack so important? Politically, this pack was the one who made the more modern day laws for the werewolves. They are a highly influential pack and when new Alphas are elected, rise to power, or are born into a family they are to come here to be officiated rather than it be verbalized in a pack. The same goes for Betas.
When new treaties are put down or split-they are reported to this pack for authentic documentation. This pack doesn't rule over others but rather is the head of governmental oversight in the world of were-creatures.
Every year, twice a year, packs from around the United States gather here in a mask of a mass festival. Unlike other gatherings where only few packs are invited, every pack is invited at one time.
The wolves in this pack range from timid to brutish but aside from that, they are mostly politically driven.
Aside from the pack comes the RaunVolk family. Originating from England and with extraordinary bloodlines, all wolves from this family or those who are turned from this family have illuminated eyes. Either that or they have distinctive pointed ears. The eyes or ears are no different from anyone else's but they are uniquely theirs. The RaunVolk do believe purity of wolves should be followed to the highest extent. This just means that a werewolf should be mated with a werewolf.
In their years there has been rumors of experimentation on their kind to see what defines someone as a "cursed one." Ah yes , rumors.
This pack has full neutrality with the rest of the packs in the United States for the sake of favoritism.
This pack was recently forced into an Alliance with Crimson River from an attack that The RaunVolk beast caused.
