Welcome all, my darlings, to Sanctum.
The pack, Sanctum, was once a place full of mystery and exclusion. It was said that once this pack was shrouded in secrets but that was all the way back when the pack first began.
Sanctum is considered something entirely different now. Even though the exclusivity still stands when it is available to other packs you'd better rush your way there. Sanctum is located in the heart of Las Vegas and it just so happens this pack "territory" is a massive 5'000 room hotel.
Sanctum, when fully open to inviting packs, invites nearly every pack that has been officiated along with those who have a high enough status to be noticed. (Such as the Nightwalkers and Sunrose). Not only that but Sanctum openly invites any rouge shifter to come and possibly get scouted by packs. It doesn't end there. Depending on your relationship with packs(has to be positive in some way, of course), if you're a vampire or rouge Hybrid you're also given an invite.
Sanctum is a place of free spirit and when the pack opens up to other packs it is not elegant. This massive hotel of a territory is a short stop to get fucked up if you please. And what terms does that mean?
Get drunk.
Beat the shit out of someone.

Sanctum, when opened, fizzles away the laws of neutrality to the point of these small rules:
•Don't kill
•Don't torture
•No use of Firearms or sharp objects besides claws and teeth.
Even though it is a rarity it's not very uncommon for long term enemies to go on a near death brawl with one another at the random.
