‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ IT TOOK YUN A GOOD DEAL OF CONVINCING TO GET ZUKO TO EVEN GLANCE IN THE DIRECTION OF THE HOT SPRING, let alone have him walk over there and get his uncle to finally depart.

The earth beneath their feet shifted with the crumple of deadened leaves and old dry branches, but Yun ignored the noise buzzing in her ears in favor of looking ahead.

"See?" Yun gestured to the half-submerged man in steaming water with pinched brows. "I told you he was here."

Zuko's frown turned sour as he stared at his uncle, peacefully resting in his makeshift hot spring. He seemed to not want to listen to any of Yun's words, even when all she was trying to do was help him.

"Uncle, we need to move on." He grunted in annoyance. "We're closing in on the Avatar's trail and I don't want to lose him!"

Iroh only sighed contentedly, sinking deeper into the water. "you look tired, Prince Zuko. Why don't you join me in these hot springs and soak away your troubles?"

The teen's face contorted into a scowl. "My troubles cannot be soaked away."

"I don't know, your Highness," Yun peered at the water in keen interest. "But I think that second layer you're building up definitely can be."

"Shut up." Zuko glowered, ignoring the earthbender girl who stood behind him, using him as a shield.

"You should take your teacher's advice and relax a little. The temperature's just right." Iroh sighed, and the air around him grew steamier. "I heated it myself."

Yun clapped her hands in amusement, but Zuko swatted away the mist angrily. "Enough. We need to leave now. Get out of the water!"

The old man sighed. "Very well."

Thankfully, Zuko's hand covered Yun's vision, and she dived behind his shoulder to block the sight before them.

"On second thought!" Zuko cleared his throat, "Why don't you take another few minutes? But be back at the ship in half an hour, or I'm leaving without you!"

The elder firebender settled back into his seat, and Zuko stormed off. The earthbender looked between Iroh and Zuko and decided that she'd much rather go back to the ship than be subjected to such trauma again.

"Wait up," Yun trilled, her light footsteps following behind Zuko's angry stomps.

"Can you stop following me?" He growled, upping his pace.
