Kim Haewon (it hurts to not put park chaeyoung there, whoever read the last book will know 😔)
I sighed as I unlocked the front door. It had been a long day, and I was looking forward to spending the rest of my evening with Hyunjin, since we hadn't really seen each other recently. Odd, since he lived in my house, but I guess he'd just been busy.
Me and Hyunjin had been together for two years, and we had just graduated college two weeks ago. We had plans to move to Tokyo, since that's what he wanted. I was a bit scared, I wasn't ready to leave my family yet, or my best friend Jiyeon, or my other friend Minji.
Yes, two friends, a sister, two parents, a boyfriend. My life was perfect.
Or so I thought.
I walked up the stairs quietly to go see where Hyunjin was, once I had discovered he wasn't downstairs. I could hear a noise coming from the bedroom, so I made my way there, and just as I rested my hand on the door handle, I froze.
Moaning. Loud moaning. It came from the bedroom.
"Hyunjin!" the person screamed.
My heart dropped. It dropped all the way down to my stomach. I didn't open the bedroom door. I couldn't face him. Them. I couldn't face Hyunjin, and I couldn't face the girl who I thought was my best friend, yet here she was, getting fucked by my boyfriend in my own bedroom. In my own house.
I leaned against the wall next to the door, and slid down, until my ass hit the floor. I buried my face in my knees as I listened to the sounds coming from the bedroom.
"You take me so well," Hyunjin cooed.
That's what he always said to me. Every. Single. Damn. Time.
And here I thought I was special.
I leaned my head up against the wall as I replayed the memories in my head. Memories of my stupidity.

"Hae," Minji said. "I'm not saying that he's a bad person, but there is something off about him, I'm telling you!"
"You're delusional Minji!" I laughed. "Me and Hyunjin are fine. We're moving to Tokyo next year."
"Are you sure that's what you want?" she had asked worriedly. I laughed again.
"Minji, I appreciate your concern," I began. "but seriously, I'm fine!"
-
"Hey Wonny!" Jiyeon ran up to me. "Where are you off to?"
"Going to see if Minji wants to hang," I replied. "Wanna come?"
"Mm, I'll see," she had said casually. "Are you gonna invite your boyfriend too?"
"Nah, this is a girls day."
"Oh right," she said. "I just remembered, I have to help my mum. See you!"
She ran off without another word.
-
"Darling," My mum said. "Tokyo? Really?"
"Yes Mum," I had replied, putting an arm around her. "Me and Hyunjin are only planning on staying there for a year or two."
"How much say did you get in this?" Safie had asked.
"Some, of course, he wasn't going to force me!" I chuckled.
"I'm not sure about this Hwang dude," My dad had said. "Are you sure-"
