Arrival of Danielle's Children (Return of Bernie)

Previously on Killer Queen 2

Bernie walked into the kitchen as she remained on edge, just then a masked figure attacked her but she fought back. However, during the fight, she managed to remove the mask and shocks hits her face. She gets back up as the camera remains focused on her, however she remains focused on her attacker. She doesn't notice a man approaching her from behind, he grabs her frightening her as it's revealed that it is Satan, he speaks to her; "Aspectus Invisus." Which immediately sends her into slumber as she falls to the floor.

Satan then erases the indication of Bernie's kidnap, he tells the unseen attacker to go and get the other victims. It was now half past eight in the morning, and Serena had woken up after turning over and not feeling her wife next to her. She sat up confused; "Bern?" She called out and waited for a few minutes.

Then she called out again; "Bernie, where are you?" When she didn't get a reply, she climbed out of bed and left the bedroom, she was becoming annoyed and was marching downstairs; "Bernie, this is not funny, you know I hate ignorance." She ranted as she reached the bottom of the stairs. The silence stunned her as Bernie was usually awake and sat in her favourite chair with a mug of coffee on her chair side table.

"B..Bernie, where are you?" Serena said now getting scared that something was wrong, "Please just come out Bernie!" She said with her voice breaking into tears as it slowly dawned on her that Bernie wasn't playing tricks on her.

Still, Serena checked the house frantically till it had sank in that Bernie wasn't at home, Serena rang Henrik but he informs her that Bernie did not turn up for the operation that she was supposed to be doing that morning. The two hung up as Serena sat on the sofa, sniffing she called her closest friends and they rallied round her as she called the police.

George and Shane went to the house so they could interview Serena, they were very careful in what they said to her; "Serena, when was the last time that you had seen your wife?" George asked her gently (no pun intended.)

"Last night. We were watching our favourite film together, then we went to bed as Bernie had an important operation to do today. Then I woke up this morning and she wasn't here. Naturally, I thought that she was playing tricks on me, but it started getting worrying when she wasn't answering me nor was she revealing herself to me." Serena replied through her tears as she completely terrified that her wife may have been kidnapped by the Killer Queen.

"No sign of forced entry, nothing is missing except for Bernie. It's like, whoever had kidnapped her, didn't leave any sign of a struggle." Shane noted as he looked around, what happened to Bernie, and was she kidnapped in the first place.

The two left Bernie and Serena's house, and returned to the London Met. "Everything ok George?" Asked Jill noticing how deep in thought he was, he looked at her; "No it isn't Jill." He replied before finishing his sentence. "Bernie was kidnapped last night, but what I don't get is why? A well respected Trauma Surgeon, no criminal record, and she was once in the army."

"When did she leave the army?"

"After a roadside collision in the army, which landed her in a six month recovery battle. This is why it's confusing me, excellent army record and a well respected surgeon, why kidnapped her?" Stated George to her as she too was confused at the Killer Queen would kidnap Bernie in the first place.

A few hours later, the Killer Queen sends them a video, stating that the victims are in an undisclosed location, and will be forced to fight for survival. The Killer does not mention anything about Bernie - this leads them to believe that the Killer is keeping this information from them.

Presently...

It was a mixture of weather today, and Serena couldn't help but think of her missing wife Bernie, the blonde had been missing for over nine months now and it was getting harder for the brunette to keep her hope that her wife will come home alive. It didn't make it any easier as the Killer Queen was torturing the police, and making demands that Barbara and Helen were put back onto the case, but Agent Shooter - being the asshole he was - had refused stating that because both women of relation to Danielle Wolfe and Tommy Lynley.
