"How would the killer know that Sir? None of this makes sense in my head." Barbara explained as her head began to hurt again, Tommy could not answer her questions, but simply replied; "The killer has to be getting the information from the records of the army, or they have been in the army."

"That would explain a lot of everything Sir, but if that's the case then why go after women who beat up our mystery bullied girl, the killer clearly doesn't know them. I'd understand if it was someone who knew the girls, but this just doesn't make sense at all." Said Barbara again, this time frustrated as she cannot understand the killer's logic in the murders at all.

They were filled in on the Killer Queen, and that the Killer has been going after specific people and murdering them through various means, Joan is furious that the Killer had managed to put a bomb inside the Wentworth grounds without being seen on the cameras. Tommy explains that the Killer is very clever and cunning, but even the police are not one hundred percent sure on how the Killer is getting the information for the Killer's previous victims.

Ann suggests that the Killer has hacked into the databases and is getting the information that way, George agreed with this method but finds no trace of hacking or copying the data anywhere, which means the Killer has either used an encrypted code or is using another method in order to leave no trace of hacking in the databases.

It had been a long night for Helen, she had been up all night with her son, who was feeling sick. Daniel was now eight months old and was teething badly, unlike his older sister Grace, Daniel became fussy while teething and he was barely sleeping. Helen had just managed to get him to sleep during the day for a nap, while she did the housework, as her daughter Grace was at work.

She had just started hoovering, when she heard a knock at the door, and she went to answer it. Opening the door, she found a blonde woman – who looked identical to Sheridan Wolfe – Helen looked for a second before asking the question in her mind; "Can I help you?" Sheridan Clarke looked at her.

"Yes, I am Sheridan Clarke, and I want to talk to you about the Killer Queen." Sheridan replied before just walking and making herself at home. Helen was not happy at this and had reprimanded her for just thinking that she owned the place, Sheridan replied that it was not Helen's home as it is in Danielle's name, but Helen shot back at her that it was in fact both hers and her late wife's house.

"I want to know the identity of the Killer Queen." Sheridan demanded to her. Instead of revealing the identity of our Killer Queen, Helen resorts to revealing her secrets and she admits to Sheridan Clarke; "I will not divulge that information, and I had already known who the Killer was after doing an evaluation of the Killer." Helen refrains herself from talking further and tripping herself up on revealing who the Killer is, "However though, I do not want any trouble as I have two children to think about now." she explained to the blonde, Helen stabs herself in the stomach and screams loud enough for her Neighbours to hear it and call the police.

The police arrive along with the ambulance, Helen tearfully tells the police that Sheridan had stabbed her because she (Helen) wouldn't tell her what she wants to know, the police arrest Sheridan who protests that she is innocent and tries to turn them against Helen Wolfe, but it doesn't work indicating that Helen is very manipulative with those around her. After being released from Holby City Hospital, Helen goes to see Sheridan in the cell and even pays the guards so they would not tell that she was there, Sheridan vows revenge on her but Helen simply tells her that the Killer Queen will be coming after Sheridan to punish her for her sins.
