ray was in the basement plays call of duty. it was my birthday and I.don't think ray remembered. I walked down stairs with his tacos and soda. I sat it on the table "here baby ". "thanks babe" ray didn't take his eyes of the screen. "ray" I sat next to him staring at the side of his face. "yes" he awnsered still concentrated on the game. "you know what day it is" I asked flirtatiously. "uhh yeah Friday" he awnsered with a little attitude. "hmm.. yes but what happened on this particular day" I sat on his lap. "ughhh babe your in the way" ray pushed me to the side. "ray" I started to get angry. "yeah babe what do you want" he annoyingly asked. "do you know what day it is" I asked one final time. "I told you babe its a Friday" he awnsered annoyed. I stood up and clenched my fist "YOU ASS FUCK IT MY BIRTHDAY " I screamed at the top of my lungs. ray paused the game and looked at me in shock. "I HATE YOU" I ran up stairs. i put on my shoes and got in my car and drove off. I don't know were I'm going but I don't think I'm coming back. I can't believe he forgot my birthday. and I kept reminding him. I did everything for him. I treated him like a king. and all I ask is to love me and remember our special days together. but nooo I get this. I pulled up to the park I used to go to as a kid. I got out and sat on the swing. its not like its any different then all the other birthdays I had. someone near and dear to my heart would always forget. I guess ray is no different. I swung back and forth slowly. I hung my head down. I started to sing my favorite song when I was a kid. it was "let me love you" by omarion. then my phone rang. I pulled it out my pocket. I saw it was prince. I picked up "hello". "HAPPY BIRTHDAY sup birthday girl" prince yelled into my ear. I chuckled "at least you remembered". "what do you mean" prince asked confused. "ray forgot my birthday" I started to tear up. "I thought he'd be the very first on to tell you" prince stated. "yeah well he didn't " I started getting mad. the my phone beeped. "hold on prince I think someone is trying to call me" I took the phone of my ear. I tapped to screen and saw it was ray. I mugged and put the phone back to my ear "it was ray". "awnser it" prince suggested. "no he forgot my birthday forget him" I declined. "please he probably going to apologize " prince begged. I sighed in surrender "fine". I clicked over and awnser ray "what". "babe please come home" he begged. "why" I snarled. "its a surprise " he hid the truth. I sighed "fine". "thank you babe love you" he said. "yeah uh huh" I hung up. I put my phone in my pocket. I got in my car and drove home. I opened the door to see a trail of red rose pedals leading to the dinning room. I follow the roses. I make it to the dining room "I hope you don't expect me to clean this up". "nope" ray awnsered. I looked up at see a candle lit dinner. purple and blue roses in a vase in the table in between to set plates full of food. and a cake that read "happy birthday babe". I stood in shock as ray sneaked his arms around my waist. "ray I thought you for got" I stared at the table. "I would never forget my world's birthday" he kissed my cheek. "now sit down and after we finnish this food well go up stairs and work it off" he kissed my neck. "n-no not to night ray I'm still weak from last week" I got out of rays grip as I sat down. we ate and finnished or food and had some cake. we went up stairs and ray started to kiss on my neck and roaming my body. I pushed him off "not today ray". "as you wish then what do you want to do babe" he asked. "can we just cuddle " I asked. "of coruse babe anything you want" ray obeyed. he laid in the bed and I laid facing him. he pulled me in his arms. I placed my forehead against his chest. I laid and drifted off to sleep. "night birthday girl I love you" I heard ray whisper. "I love you to" I awnsered before completely falling to sleep.
