FLASHBACK

As YN stood in the balcony, soaking in the quiet evening air after returning from HYBE, she sensed a familiar presence that brought an unexpected smile to her face. Turning around, her heart leaped with joy as she saw Mike. Out of nowhere, Mike appeared beside her. She hadn't seen him since she'd left the mansion, and the sight of him brought a genuine smile to her face.

"Mike! I can't believe it's really you!" she exclaimed, her voice filled with excitement and relief. The sight of an old friend, especially one who understood her unique circumstances, was more comforting than she could express.

"Hey, YN! I thought I'd find you here," Mike replied with a grin, standing slightly above the balcony floor. His casual demeanor made it seem as if visiting friends in different places was the most natural thing for a ghost to do.

Mike grinned, his transparent form shimmering slightly in the fading light. "I had to see how you were doing, all others were summoning you for a long." he said, his voice as light and playful as she remembered. "It looks like you're managing, but I bet you could use a friend."

They embraced, a connection of souls more than physical forms, sharing a moment of mutual understanding and support. As they pulled away, they settled into an easy conversation, catching up on their ethereal lives.

"I've missed this, Mike," YN confessed, leaning against the balcony railing. "It's been tough, you know, with all the adjustments and... the isolation."

Mike nodded, his expression turning serious. "I know what you mean. It's not easy being like us, visible only to a select few, existing in these shadows. But I've learned a thing or two that might help."

They dived into conversation, catching up on everything that had happened since they last met. YN told Mike about her current situation, about living in secrecy and the complexities of her interactions with Jimin and the others.

Mike listened intently, nodding and occasionally offering his own insights. "It sounds like you've got quite the adventure on your hands," he remarked, his tone both empathetic and slightly amused. "But you always were one for unexpected journeys."

YN laughed, feeling the tension ease out of her shoulders. Talking to Mike, someone who truly understood the oddities of her existence, was incredibly comforting. "It's been... a lot. But, you know, in a strange way, I think it's helping me grow." His presence was a surprise that brought a different kind of warmth to her heart.

As they sat down to catch up, YN listened to Mike 's stories, allowing herself to be momentarily distracted from the aches of her heart. However, even as she laughed and reminisced with Mike, part of her mind remained on Jimin.....on his kindness, his gentle understanding, and the unresolved feelings between them that she was still trying to navigate.

As YN recounted her experiences and interactions with Jimin, her voice carried a warmth that reflected the depth of her appreciation for him. "Jimin has been so understanding and supportive," she told Mike, her eyes lighting up with gratitude. "He's really been there for me, more than anyone else."

Mike listened intently, nodding as she spoke. However, his expression shifted slightly, growing more serious as he contemplated her words. "It's great that you've found someone you can connect with here," he said, pausing before he added cautiously, "But, YN, just remember not to believe him blindly."

His words hung in the air, and YN's expression faltered slightly. "What do you mean, Mike?" she asked, a hint of concern threading through her tone.

Mike folded his arms, his face solemn. "It's not that I think he's deceitful, but people can change, or sometimes they aren't what they seem, especially when you can't see the whole picture. Just... keep your eyes open, okay? You're in a delicate situation, and it's important to guard your heart."
