After three hours of fighting Katie to let me take her out, she finally gives in. "My wardrobe is not equipped for that." She sighs in frustration as she peers over my shoulder at the restaurant pulled up on my laptop. I turn my head over my shoulder to see her face of stress. "If it helps, I'll undress you and-"
Her hand shoves my shoulder and I let out a chuckle. "Stop being inappropriate. What you should be doing is helping me get dressed." I watch as she walks around the couch and slumps into my body. Her whole weight lays out beside me. "Help?" I brush her hair to the side, looking down at her head in my lap.
"You could just not get dressed at all. I'll rent out the place and have you walk around in lingerie-" Katie huffs again and turns so her stomach is now against the couch. "I'm starting to think this is all a ploy to get me to undress." I pretend to ponder. "You know that's not a bad idea!"
Her personality already has me falling to my fucking knees before anything, but her body also has me drooling every time.
"Oh shush," Katie can act annoyed all she wants but as walks towards the bedroom, I catch a small grin on her lips. It's hard to ignore me when I'm the prime subject of her infatuations. Try, I'd like to see you try...
I sit and wait on the couch, passing time as Kathelyn gets dressed. I'm occupied on my phone when a notification pops up on my screen. Grayson's texts pique my interest as I click on the messaging app and find a screenshot of our Company bank statement.
The money that was stolen had been returned in whole.
My phone instantly meets my ear as I click the call button and retreat to the balcony. Grayson picks up after three rings. "How'd you do it?" Not even a hi? A hello? How are you? I missed you brother?
"I didn't think your ape brain was capable of something like this." I frown at his little comment. Him and his fucking hold on me being a baboon. "Yeah, fuck you too dude." Grayson chuckles on the other end of the phone before settling down to reality.
"Did you find who it was?" We finally settled back into the real reason were on this call. "Yeah, but we'll have to have this conversation in person. There's also something I have to tell you about-" As I prepare to tell Grayson about Katie's involvement she appears as I summon her.
The balcony door opens and I swear the elevation of my apartment on the tenth floor isn't the only thing making me short of breath. "Is this okay?" What the fuck? Okay? She looked delicious. I was basically eating her alive as my eyes scanned her outfit.
