LeMillion vs Black Cat

As LeMillion reached the destination where YN was at, he glared right toward Overhaul with anger. 

"Now that I found you, Chisaki, I need you to return what you've taken from us."
"My, my," he spoke in monotone. "how'd you find your way towards our location? Surely, it took you a long while to reach us here. Tell me: did you use your quirk to find us?"
"I only took a shortcut. Now let her go!"

With a heavy sigh, Overhaul looked over to YN and back at Mirio.

"You don't have the faintest idea of what has happened, do you?" inquired Overhaul, "She's staying with us since she's decided to come by her terms alone. Besides, what would a hero be if you took her back after her word is law? Doesn't sound heroic, don't you think?"

Looking towards YN who was shaking in fear, Mirio knew that I had to get out of there. 

"You said to keep her if she's healed and what I can tell, she looks healed to me. So, let her go!"

Shaking his head, he instructed Chrono to move forward and keep walking. Seeing how he wasn't giving up this easily, LeMillion began to move forward.

"After all," Overhaul spoke monotone, "you will die here."

Feeling the effects of something off, Mirio backed up a moment, trying to figure out what it could affect him. As he looked up, he noticed one of Overhaul's minions, drinking upside down with what looked like sake. Concerned about his quirk's effects, he tried to figure out a plan to move out of his sight. Suddenly, a shot or two came close to his area and dodged the attack quickly.

"What is your quirk?" another voice spoke up.
"Permeation," Mirio answered, surprised by his immediate response.
"I see. So that's how you arrived here faster. How peculiar."
"He got here first~" the first minion replied with a slur, "How dumb are you, Nemento! Are you drunk?!"
"No, that would be you, Aki."

Hearing them reply back and forth, Mirio had to think all this time was about YN and how scared she would be. Seeing her walking further away from where he was at a distance, Mirio had to find his way out of this to save me. However, with the quirks that these two were affecting him, he had to find a way to get out of that situation.

"You let her go to see Overhaul and yet, you didn't stop to fight back. How did it feel when she betrayed you?"
"YN didn't... she couldn't..."
"Now, why don't you just stand very still and let us end your very life?"

Aiming at Mirio, Nemento shot Mirio with the gun filled with quirk-erasing bullets. However, using his quirk, Mirio dodged both the shots fire and struck them fast as he could with his ultimate move. After knocking them down, he charged towards Overhaul as fast as he could, ducking underneath and preparing to strike him down with his head.

"CHISAKI!" he shouted, making him turn with surprise.

He swung towards his head, but barely dodged his hit. That was when Overhaul noticed that the attack wasn't for him, but for Chrono, who was knocked unconscious from the attack. Releasing YN from his grasp, Mirio caught him and pulled her away from Overhaul's presence.

"Mirio, stop!" YN begged, "Kai's not the enemy! Please you have to let me go!"
"I'm not letting you go with him," he demanded. "No matter what happens to me, YN, I won't let anything, or anyone hurt you. I'll take the fall for you."

That promise slowly started to decrease instantly as Chisaki began to rise up from the ground.
He looked extremely pissed off, but his body was stiff as a board.

'I have to keep her protected.' Mirio spoke to himself, waiting for Chisaki's next move.
'He scratched Chisaki?' Black asked, controlling his body, 'Interesting. If he were to hit him with that quirk activated, he'd break my effect on him easily. Gotta try a different approach on him.'

Cleaning the cut with his sleeve, Mirio held on to YN as tight as he could.

"YN... come back to me." the two voices echoed.
"Mirio, let me go. He's-" YN began.
"I'm not letting you go with him." Mirio interrupted.
"Are you going back on your word, YN??" the voices questioned her. "Unless you've forgotten, we've made a deal. You either come with us or he suffers the consequence. Would you rather see him suffer to his death?"

Hearing him say those words made me think of all the horrible things he could do to Kai, I internally panicked. He wouldn't, would he? Mirio, hearing Overhaul say these awful things, growled in anger.

"How can you say that to the love of your life?!" Mirio exclaimed angrily.

Overhaul, who was hearing this matter, kneeled towards the ground. He could sense my fear and his anger, but Black Cat's quirk is making him forget everything about me right then and there.

"Hmm? Oh right. That's the story he's been telling you." Black Cat smirked, slowly using his qurik to make Overhaul remove his glove off of his hand. "You want the truth? He never loved her."

In seconds, his quirk activated, making everything from the ground beyond disassemble and reassemble as spikes. Fearing that he might've continued to change Kai's mind, I knew that my brother was keeping his word: making sure that all that memories are disappearing in a blink of an eye. I had to go to him for his sake, but each time I try, his grip held me tight. Mirio was keeping his word: to not let me go with Overhaul and be trapped under his care.

"What will you do now, little hero?" Overhaul remarked, spoken under another voice, "You can't get her out of here without your quirk. So why don't you let her go and I'll let you leave here unscathed."
"Like I would ever do that to her!"

Enraged, Overhaul went to use his attack but was missed by Mirio as he used his knowledge from Sir to know the opponents' next move. YN stared at the attack from a distance from the cape Mirio used to cover as I wonder why he was doing this, then recalled his vow. Was he going to fight him or die trying? It wasn't what I wanted, but I was too vulnerable to stop the fight without my quirk. What could I even do?
