After explaining the situation to Sir Nighteye, he cleared his throat and glanced towards the two.

"Are you absolutely certain that's what he told you?"
"Yes," Midoriya answered, "but it doesn't make any sense as to why he would do something like this. Normally, a villain would fight until one surrenders in defeat. And if he is a bad as anyone has mentioned, then shouldn't he had-"

Sir Nighteye cleared his throat, interrupting Midoriya in the middle of his thought. Realizing what he did, he apologized and looked away.

"In any case," Mirio continued, "what do you propose we do?"
"If he has any information about what the villains are up to, then you two should listen for us."
"But Sir," Midoriya commented, "he mentioned we can't involve any police or pro heroes about this."
"Very well. You two will find out on your own of the plan while-"

He froze midsentence.

Mirio looked towards Sir Nighteye as his quirk started to activate.

"Sir! What's wrong?"

Sir Nighteye breathed heavily, trying to comprehend what happened. Mirio hasn't seen him this distraught before during his year of internship.

After a few moments, he grabbed hold of his phone and clicked on a certain number on speed dial. Sir Nighteye, trying to hear my response. However, as he expected my voice to hear, Sir Nighteye heard:

"I'm sorry, but the person you've called is unavailable at this time."

Sir Nighteye dropped the phone and shook in fear.

"He's right. We may be too late."

At the exact moment, when my cell phone started to ring, I looked down. Seeing the caller ID on it, I turned off the phone and placed it away.

"He has to call me now when Bubble Girl is already out here? I'll have to ask her about this right whenever she gets inside."

As I reached towards the door, something felt off. In an instant, a strong explosion from the outside smashed right towards my face. In quick response, I casted a shield spell to prevent collateral damage to the building, but pushed me out towards the rooftops.

"My apologies, mademoiselle." a villain called from the inside. "But I'm meant to deliver you to my master. Now, hold still and allow me to capture you."

In such fear, I moved away from the man in mask and towards a nearby park.

"Oh, so it's a little chase between cat and mouse? Very well. I shall play along."

As I reached my destination, I was about to prepare for one of my spells: illusionary fields.

'If I can get him stuck in this fortress without finding me, I can quickly get away from-'
