Black Cat vs Deku

Meanwhile, back at the agency, Sir suddenly stood up, feeling the power activate once more, seeing what would happen if the present remains unchanged. He saw the death of someone, but seeing me gone from Tokyo forever. Looking at the notes, he looked at the details of Black Cat and found one fact about him that was lost in paperwork.

"Oh god... It can't be..."

Seeing my body not moving towards him, Black Cat used his power to strike us to the final blow. Suddenly, someone stopped his tracks, making the power shake between him and us. I slowly looked up and surprised: Midoriya was standing there, alone, protecting both Mirio and I from my brother's attack.

"I won't let you hurt them!" Deku called out to him.
"Midoriya?" I called out to him, surprised that he was there at all.
"Are any of you hurt?"

Mirio, as he stood up, winced in pain.

"Just a stab, but I'll be fine. Where's Aizawa?"
"He's on his way here now. Mirio, take YN and get yourselves out of here."
"Right!"

I looked at Midoriya and back at Black Cat. Will he do anything to harm him only to get me back? I prayed that it wouldn't come to that as Mirio led me out to escape. Meanwhile, Midoriya stared at Black Cat, preparing his stance to fight. Sensing how strong he was growing, Black Cat smirked and prepared to attack and control him. If he can take whatever power Midoriya has, he will become powerful to rule.

"You plan on taking YN from me?" Black Cat asked in Overhaul's tone.
"I do what I must because she's scared of you."
"Scared of me? Or of you??"

Using Kai's abilities, Black Cat used Overhaul's quirk to make sharp edges, making it difficult to fight. However, Midoriya used his attack to counterstrike and destroy the edges. He knew that he had to keep him distracted until Aizawa gets his quirk activated to stop him. So, he had to deal with it until Aizawa came back to capture him.

"For a hero, I don't think you should analyze when you have a villain right in front of you!!" Black Cat commented in Overhaul's voice, pouncing right at him.

Right as Midoriya dodged, he noticed something off about him right as he stated that. When he noticed Overhaul talking, he caught a distinctive difference in voices. There was his usual voice, but there was another... in the mix. It seemed like there were two voices echoing out of him, which could be the cause of the quirk in question. In sense, he knew what he had to do.

'I have to hit him, straight in the head!' Midoriya reminded himself as he landed on the ceiling and prepared a kick downward towards Overhaul's head. 'Manchester SMASH!'

As he swung towards his head, the impact hit, but the target was missed, which made Midoriya a bit irritated in the process.

"How impressive..." Black Cat spoke up through Overhaul just as his actual voice, "you plan to attack him from his weak point..."

Surprised by his voice, Midoriya was caught off guard as he saw the visible creature itself, Black Cat, appearing in front of him.

"For a hero who doesn't know anything about me, you seem to think that the hit is at the cranium..." He smirked
"Release Overhaul at once!"
"And why should I? He is the only thing keeping my sister apart."
"Your...what?!"

Meanwhile, as the fight went on, Aizawa ended up on a different floor, caught by Chrono's quirk, still tranced by Black Cat's power.

"Looks like the only person who has no way to wipe me out is you." Black Cat spoke in Chrono's voice.
"You..." Aizawa began, as he activated his quirk, but was struck by Chrono's power to slow down his power.
"You think using your Erasure would stop my power? Think again, Eraserhead. No one will stop me from taking what belongs to me."
"And you think... she'll accept you... after controlling-eugh!"

Black Cat glared at him with rage, pressing the power deeper into Erasure.

"Yes... she was the only family member I had left in this world... and you heroes took her away from me!!"

Removing it off, Erasure coughed up with blood. Cat's anger was full of resentment that he wasn't using his quirk to transfer his body to him.

"If anything, not even that poor excuse of a hero that I'm fighting right at this moment is going to stop me from ruining my plans! I just hope that my real form is going to end him soon. Until then... maybe your powers may give me the chance to slow him down."
'Midoriya...' Aizawa thought, trying to get up from the floor, but was too weak due to blood loss. 'Please... don't die...'

"Why would she be with someone like you? The one who treats her nothing but pain and misery?"
"You don't have the right to tell me about how I treat my sibling!" Black Cat in Overaul's voice snapped. "You don't know our lives or our backgrounds!"
"I may not, but I do know that for someone who has been bullied their whole lives, it's not right to treat someone just because they're different."
"Different?? DIFFERENT?!"

Using Chisaki's powers, he aimed right at Midoriya, as he tried to dodge as best as he could but was getting cuts from every angle.

"You have no idea what it's like to see someone who is treated like a monster!! No idea to see their world living under the shadow of your own!!"
"I do! Every single day!" Midoriya called out, recollecting moments during his younger days where he was treated poorly by Bakugou simply because he didn't have a quirk at the time.

The man who held Overhaul, slowly stopped, hearing his voice. Recollecting a time when he received high praise by his parents, he recalled seeing his sister crying in the corner. He was slowly giving in but stopped and glared at Midoriya in anger. Activating Overhaul's power, he made each power become more aggressive than the last.

"If you really think I'm going to give her to you, fat chance! Not going to let anyone deal with this. Not you, not Overhaul, not even that glasses hero! In fact, why don't I show you how much she means to me, kid!"

Enraged, he activated Overhaul's power in extreme as it grew excessive and struck Midoriya down for good.
