Chapter 2 Finding out about having Cancer

It was shortly after Starscream's fifth birthday in September when it all started. Starscream was living a very happy and normal life with his family. However things seemed a bit different at the moment. When Starscream woke up this morning he had a headache. His head was really hurting. Starscream had no idea why his head was hurting. He just couldn't explain it. He just knew it made him feel very bad. He got out of bed and decided to get some breakfast.

"Good morning Starscream," Hyperia said.

"Good morning son," Megatron said.

"Good morning Starscream," Slipstream said.

"Good morning little brother," Thundercracker said.

"Good morning Star," Novastorm said.

"Good morning little bro," Skywarp said.

"Good morning," Starscream said. "My head hurts," he said.

"Sounds like you got a headache that happens sometimes," Megatron said.

Hyperia got out some medicine and poured it into a spoon and then she gave it to Starscream. "This should help with your headache," Hyperia told him.

"Thanks," Starscream said taking the medicine. Then Megatron headed off to work, and Starscream's siblings went to school. Starscream was going to start school next year in the fall. But right now he was too young.

Starscream was sitting on couch and he was going to watch some TV. Some of his favorite shows were going to be on. Starscream did his best to try to relax and enjoy the shows. Starscream was still feeling bad for the rest of the day.

Starscream still had a headache for the few days. "My head hurts," Starscream complained. He wasn't happy about this at all. He was feeling pretty sick and was in pain. Starscream was starting to feel sick to his stomach. He woke up this morning and was feeling sick and felt really sick after breakfast. Starscream then looked green and he threw up. "Ugh," Starscream said. He wasn't expecting that at all. He was panting a little a bit startled to say the least.

Hyperia wiped his mouth with a napkin. "I'm sorry," Starscream said.

"Don't be Starscream, you just got sick, it can happen anyone," Hyperia said.

"I feel a little better," Starscream said.

"Yes people normally feel better after vomiting," Hyperia said. "Now go rest on the couch," she told him.

"Okay," Starscream said and sat down on the couch. Starscream was resting on the couch.

Hyperia cleaned up the mess. Hot shot was resting on the couch. Starscream was still feeling bad over the next few days. Starscream still had a very painful headache. He was feeling sick to his stomach with vomiting. Starscream was also starting to feel very tired. He didn't have as much energy as he use to have. Starscream was now laying around a lot. He just wasn't himself at all. Starscream was showing to be getting very cranky too. He was easily losing his temper and crying at times. Starscream was just not himself. He was also unable to spend time with his friends too because he was feeling so unwell.

His parents were very concerned at the moment. "Starscream isn't himself, I am very worried about him," Megatron said.

"I am very worried about him too," Hyperia said. "This has been going on for a while and his doctor is unavailable and won't be able to see him until October," she said. "Dr. Toron told me we should take him to Cook Children's hospital if his symptoms persist or worsen," she said.

"We should do that right now," Megatron said. "I will call the kids sitter and pack a bag just in case," he said. Megatron called the sitter who said they would be there right away. He then helped get Starscream ready that morning.
