Starscream was in Cook Children's Hospital. He was there because he just found out he has brain tumor. The tumor was removed and the biopsied. Tests show that it is a type of brain cancer called Atypical Teratoid Rhabdoid Tumor a rare type of brain cancer that usually occurs in children. Starscream was feeling many feelings at the moment. He was unsure of what to really think about all of this. He was pretty scared to say the least. But he was ready to be very brave too. Starscream was hoping things were going to be just fine too. He remembers how sad and scared his parents looked when they were told it was cancer. He was wondering if his brothers and sisters knew about it and how they were feeling. Starscream was wondering if it was his fault he had cancer. He was trying to sleep at the moment. Starscream was cuddling with Zuzu the sloth bear his favorite toy as he tried to sleep.

Hyperia was there and she could see Starscream was having a hard time sleeping. She didn't blame him she was having a hard time sleeping herself. Cancer was very serious and she knew even though it was serious with right treatment at the right time kids could get better even from very aggressive kinds of cancer. Even very deadly kinds of cancer were treatable and possibly cured if caught early enough. According to Dr. Zhao it looks like they caught this type of aggressive cancer early before it has spread which was very good. They knew that the whole tumor looked like it had been removed according to the scans, but Dr. Zhao just want to scan again later just in case any tumor remained because she wanted to double check to be sure. Because you can still miss some tumor even if you think you get the whole thing. Because if some of the tumor is still there Hot shot will need another surgery. They just have to treat aggressively with chemotherapy and radiation therapy. Hot shot was going to be very brave for the treatment even though he was kind of scared of what was going to happen. But he was going to be as brave as brave can be.

Starscream was wondering why he had to fight his cancer really. Was it like an evil bad guy or army attacking him or something? Starscream was dreaming he was using a special device to fight the cancer and it made him feel sick, weak and lose his hair. Starscream was glad the cancer defeated. Starscream woke up and thought about the dream. Then he went back to sleep.

A nurse named Kate came to check on Starscream throughout the night. Starscream didn't like when she woke him up. Kate was checking his vitals and gave him some medicine that he needed as part of his treatment such as the medicine for his headaches and medicine to help fight infection and such.

It was soon morning the sun began to rise and peep over the clouds. The sun was shining brightly. It was very beautiful. Starscream woke up and saw the sun light coming through the window of his hospital room. Starscream knew it was now morning. He saw Hyperia waking up too. "Good morning mommy," Starscream said.

"Good morning Starscream," Hyperia said.

The nurse came in and checked on Starscream was making sure Starscream was doing just fine at the moment. Starscream was also able to have his breakfast. Starscream was pretty hungry. The nurse took some blood from his Hickman line to test his over all health. Starscream was a little bit nervous about it. But then when the nurse took the blood it didn't hurt at all. Starscream began to think the Hickman line wasn't so bad. He found it to be pretty cool to say the least.

His mother got a phone call. "Hello, yes thanks for contacting me, and I am glad you are going to help us," Hyperia said. "I hope to get in contact with other parents going through what we are going through," she said. "We just found out about this too," she said. "But I am glad you are here for us and going to help in many ways," she said. "Yes I got the booklet downloaded on my tablet, and I hope to maintain contact with you and the others there at the foundation, I hope things will go well for my son," she said. "I know he will be thrilled to hear that okay bye," she said.
