We had our test subject back so naturally, he was being tested on. His doses have remained the same and now intensive research is being done to determine what is happening. Currently, we are in an abandoned, isolated warehouse where he is sitting in a chair hooked up to all kinds of machines and scientists are circling him like hungry lions. I stood back and watched as always, Hernandez was beside me yapping away on his phone. The test subject is going to have to stay in this warehouse since his apartment has been cleared out and cops will watch his every move.

"Aye, boss." His thick New York accent called my attention.

"Yes?" I said and took a few steps closer to where he sat.

"Can you bring me my girl? You said anything I need. I need her." He said gruffly. I narrowed my eyes.

"What do you want with her?" I said suspiciously.

"What's it to you?" He retorted and I raised an eyebrow.

"Look, I'm only going to tell you this once so listen up. You leave that girl alone. She has nothing to do with this and will just get in the way. I catch you with her whether she wants to be there or not, you are out. You are already have created enough problems, and I don't need your possesive macho shit to add to it. Do you understand?" I ask treating him like a child. I swear that's the mentality he has, he doesn't answer so I step closer.

"Do you understand Nicholas? You won't get you're cut and you'll be thrown out with nothing but the clothes on your back or worse. Am I clear?" I say sternly, my eyebrow raised in alert for a challenge.

"Yeah, yeah." He said, rolling his eyes like a teenager.

I have a feeling and if it turns out like I think it will, I'm going to keep an eye out and be prepared to go to plan B on the spot. If this kid turned out to be a problem for me I was going to eliminate him. That's all there is to it.

I held Charlie's hand in mine as we walked around the park. I was eating ice cream and he was talking. Kids were running around, moms talking with other moms, and couples walking around enjoying a pleasant Wednesday afternoon. My hair was up in a ponytail and I was wearing jeans and a T-shirt. It was a beautiful day, but something was off, that's not suprising though since I've been a paranoid wreck since my panic attack.

I scanned people around me, none of their faces stood out. But the feeling refused to leave me alone, I wasn't scared because Charlie was here and we were in public. Though being in public never stopped Nicholas in the first place and neither did Charlie.

"You doing okay, angel face?" Charlie said softly, pulling me out of my thoughts.

"Oh, yeah. I'm fine, today is just a really nice day." I lie but pull him in closer. His hand moves from my hand and wraps around my shoulder. I'm just overreacting like I do with everything else, paranoia has been my speciality this week.

But still, there's that faint feeling that somebody's watching. Analyzing my every move.

Nicholas' P.O.V.

How dare she? If thinks she can get rid of me that quickly then she had another thing coming. I gritted my teeth when that piece of shit coiled his arm around her. She had been looking around, searching for something. I smirked to myself, she felt me. Like a deer being hunted, she sensed my presence. After everything that I've given her, I took care of her.

She was going to get it, maybe not now, but it was coming. My phone rang, it was probably Hernandez. I wanted to punch something right now, both of those bastards were going to pay.

I turned on my heel walking down an alleyway, my phone still ringing. I began pacing and my hand were jammed in my pockets. Some people came me strange looks when they passed by, by I didn't give a shit. My frustration and pent-up rage were coming together.

Finally, I angrily punched the brick wall. My eyes fell out of their sockets when an entire block came out of the building and went flying into the alleyway until it hit the chainlink fence sending a satisfying rattle echoing off the walls.

My mouth curved up in a scheming smile. My plan for revenge just got a hell of a lot easier.

"Mr. Banning, you pick up your god damned phone this second! Get your ass back to the warehouse before you-know-who has mine on a damn platter!" I yelled into my cellphone.

I swear to God, I turn my head for one damn second and he's gone. No doubt stalking that girl of his.

"Sir, we have his results back, would you like me to read them to you?" One of the scientists said as I spun around to face him.

"Yes." I said and gave him my attention.

"Speed, stamina, and agility have largely increased. He should be as fast as a car right now and will have the stamina to go with it. The more doses we give him the faster he'll be able to go. His strength we are going to have to measure when he comes back but he should be able to lift tons. But he needs to be back here A.S.A.P. because we have to begin testing his abilities." the nasally scientist finshed.

I pinched the bridge of my nose, and sighed. "I'm working on getting him back here. He's a very difficult person." I sighed.

"Ohhh Hernandez." I heard that New Yorker voice say.

"WHERE THE HELL WERE YOU BANNING?!", I screech, ready to pull my hair out.

"Miss me already?" He smirked at me. My blood was boiling.

"Screw you, jackass. Now get in that damn chair, and do what they tell you to. AND YOU HAVE A FUCKING PHONE FOR A REASON!" I snapped angrily, before shoving him in the direction of the chair.
