Days and days passed, the more Danny becomed tired and bored. It was a pain to have a military base, but this is what she wanted. Danny walks trough the hallway, looking for the door to walk outside, as she takes her cars and scans at the door her identity, walking outside and breathes deep.
She stops, leans against some wall and takes a Pack of cigarettes, lighting a one and puffs, closing her eyes and sighs, feeling the cold air and the wind. A little Pause from all of this work. She can boame herself, but she doesn't have the time to do this.
Danny puffs more, holding the cigarette between her fingers, as some other soldiers walks across with other bussines, talking and making themselves ready for Mission.Danny notice them, raising an eyebrow, as she shout.
— Soldiers! Be careful and came back safe all of you, I don't want to hear that one of you guys died, understand me?
All of them nods, looking serious and walks away, holding their guns and riffles. Danny watches them, sighs deep and leans back, smoking deep and closing her eyes, thinking.
As it was the weeknd, all of them had their free time even if it was the end of the World. Danny can't wait for this, thinking to get home and making herself relaxed. Danny throw her cigarette, crushing against her foot and walks away, putting her hands in her pockets, looking at every Signals.
She walks trough the hallway, breathing deep and enters the training room, as she suddenly hears shouts and the sounds of fights. The only tought on her mind was "What the fuck?".
— Yo bro, stop your Guts and act like an mature!
A soldier shout, fighting another one, being a heavy fight, also with blood. One of them has their nose boncked, the blood flowing, the other having bruises on his skin. Danny raised and eyebrow, crossing her arms and walks closer, looking angry and iritated, taking a step and stop, as one of them is pushed against her, but not fall, as she still stands, looking down serious and pissed off.
As the soldier notice, he immediately takes steps back, raising his hands and trembling a bit, widening his eyes and breathing heavily, his mouth being opened.
— I thought I had made myself understood.
Danny spoke cold, looking cold, as her voice was as ice. The soldier tremble, trying to say something, but falling.
— Oh.... Ma'am, me and this Damn idiot we were fighting because-
— I don't want to hear stupid excuses, I have already pains in my head and I just wanted to be clear. So I cut this out.... I don't want to hear this but if you do this again... Ever...
Danny looked as hell seoius, coming closer and looking down, whispering.
— I will consider that you don't belong here and you will never be...
— Understood?
She spoke cold, looking. He nods, gulps and walks away, breathing heavily and swears under his breath, being alarmed. As the others from the training room still train, they looked a bit speechless, but ignoring and training, as Danny sighs and walks away.
She walks down the hallway, looking at her Smart watch wich indicates 6 p.m., being already the time to leave the base and having a chill time just for her.
Later
Danny locks her door from the office, making sure that all the things are at they places. She walks away, walking down the dark, silent hallway, all of the soldiers being away or asleep. Danny gets outside, taking out the car keys and getting into it, starting the engine and driving away, passing the forest hiding the base, the Street being silent and dark, the trees moving in the wind and the sky being deep black.
Danny sighs, opens the car window and let's the cold air into the car, her hair moving in rhythm with the wind. She drive for good hours, arriving in Los Angeles, on the outskirts of the city. Danny drives through a fence of fir trees, seconds later she arrives at her house, which was a large black house, almost camouflaged.
The courtyard was huge, with other trees and benches, everything being touched by a designer. The lights in the house were dim, only the moon was in the background. But the lights? She hadn't left her lights on in the house.
She steps, raising an eyebrow and breathes deep, thinking and being alarmed, as she holds the gun in her hand and walks to the door, entering the house slowly and silent. Danny looked around, just seeing the dim lights and a weird feeling Was coming trough her mind.
Who could know she's living here?
Maybe the enemies know her place?
It could be worse.
No.
It can't be.
Don't need to be afraid.
I am a soldier and leader.
Damn it Danny.
Danny sighs, walking and holding her gun tightly, breathing deep and looking careful. She walked up the stairs to her room, looking that her door was opened. Her heart begun to beat faster, feeling a pain in her neck and head, raising her hand with the gun and looking a bit scared.
She almost forgot to breath, being alarmed as hell. She walks, looks intently, and almost like her heart jumps a beat. She widens her eyes, gasp and drop the gun from her hand, looking speechless.
Someone was sitting in her head and it was a man. A tall man. A cold one.
He was almost like -
— Come here Princess.... I am the good one.
North.
