— Hurry up!

Danny shouts to her soldiers, crossing her arms and looks around, breathing deep.

— You all take care of the base and pay attention to everything. Hear me?

All of them nods, walking around in a hurry and runs, all of them being busy, as Danny takes her gun and walks outside the base, looking at the sky and then at her car, feeling herself like a bullet. She walks towards the car, opening the door and climbing in, feeling strange. She starts the engine of the car and the destination it starts, being a considerable distance away. She breathed, accelerating and starting on her way to who knows where. She drives, looking at the road, her eyes being careful at every thing. She breathes deep, thinking.

She looks through the mirror, making sure that she is not being watched by anyone and that everything is safe. Her destination was the Darklore base, an old base that was no longer habitable, and she just needed some information from that room. She drives at speed, the hours pass quickly, and soon she reaches the base, getting out of the car and closing the door, noticing that the old base is still in good condition. She approaches the doors, noticing the lock, but pulls out her pistol and shoots several times into the lock, destroying it and falling to the floor, her gaze fixed on the door. Her hands touch the hard glass door, push it forcefully and enter, a red light suddenly lights up, making her to jump.

— What the -...

She mumbles, as she sighs and notice it was a sensor, scoffs amused and walks, holding the gun closer to her. She looked around, noticing many details in the base, as well as equipment and various paintings, many doors and large tinted windows. Her steps are silent, her breathing is deep, she reaches a desk, where she notices many sheets. She walked in and looked at the sheets, noticing that there were different plans, as well as papers and files, causing her to raise an eyebrow. She looked at a folder, noticing that it was her file, not knowing how exactly it got here. She takes it, putting it on the desk and opens, noticing many details.

It was her picture, information about her past, what she did in the past and what life she had. Her weapons, her work, anything. It seemed like just about her past life, feeling a strange feeling. Who the hell knew so much about her, only one family member could know, but who? She's not the kind of person to say that. She would flip over the pages, noticing pictures of herself as a child, looking at how different she was, her hair back then was brown and her eyes were warm green, not cold like now. She shook her head.

— How the hell is that even possible...

She mumbles, breathing heavily, seeing all those pictures. She noticed her name was written completely, which no one knew.

— Danielle Delarie Western Montgomery....

She whispers, looking deep and wonders. Who the hell... She sighed deeply, stumbling over the pages, thinking. Her mind was a shit. Who even own this whole group and who is the boss actually? She feels a shiver down her spine, causing her to turn the next page, where there was a picture of her family, where her expression was serious, her father dressed elegantly and seriously, her mother had a faint smile and her brother and smiled, holding Danny by the shoulder. Those eyes of her brother, that smile.

She suddenly close the folder, breathing deep and puts her hands on the desk, closing her eyes and breaths deep, feeling uneasy. Too much to handle now. She takes the folder in her hand, looking at the door, feeling something. She sighs deep, breathing slowly and looks blank, feeling somehow watched.

She walks towards the door, going out into the hallway and seeing all the hallways being mirrored, like a maze, making her feel even stranger at the sight of darkness. Then she hears silent footsteps, arousing her senses and taking her step, clutching the file and the gun.

North.

She hitted the floor, breathing heavily and grunts, looking for her gun, as her heart was beating faster. She had been pushed by him, not knowing why he was here. Right here.

—Looking for this?

North grinned darkly as he was holding her gun, which he had already taken after he had easily knocked her down, but of course he wanted to tease her anyway. She grits her teeth, looking at him serious, breathing heavily and stands slightly, clenching her fists.

— What a sight again...

—Look at you. You're quite a pathetic sight, being knocked down so easily just like that.

He grinned as he walked toward her, looking her down with his cold eyes. He was almost intimidatingly tall, as he stopped in front of her and towered over her, the file in his other hand.

— That information in that file just a member of my family could know , tell me, how the hell do you know that?

She spoke serious, looking at the file slowly, clenching her jaw. She doesn't have any clues, making her more crazy. North smirked as he looked at the file and then at her, tilting his head slightly as he opened the file.

—Maybe I have my ways of knowing, Danny. Maybe your family is my ally.

He grinned and kept staring at her with those cold eyes, looking her down, being almost 10 inches taller than her.

—That's some dark joke because my family is dead and you know this.

She spoke, looking in his eyes. She somehow feels a way, but she shakes her head, feeling more frustrated.

He grinned darkly as she said that, looking her down with his cold eyes. It was almost scary but amusing as he was playing with her.

—Maybe you missed something, Danny. You know, secrets don't stay secrets for long. Maybe they all are alive and they are my ally. After all, they want to see you getting hurt.
