The hours pass quickly and the night is deep, everyone sleeping at the previous hour, the moon in the sky shining like a lantern and the stars complimenting the background, the air being cold and the trees outside moving slowly in the wind. The reddish lights at AKUTA's base shone softly outside, all the jeep cars in the parking lot shining from the moonlight, all lacquered. The hallways of the base were silent, while light breathing could be heard from the bedrooms. The only person staying awake was Danny, sitting in her office, talking on the phone to someone while filling out some paperwork. She swung the red pen and varnish through her fingers, looking through the window at the fir trees, her tone calm and slow, as if she were talking to someone about normal things. She leans back, leaning against her chair and closes her eyes for a moment, thinking, looking at the cameras outside then, raising an eyebrow and she notice something was off. There were usually only jeeps in the parking lot, but at the moment there was a black Ferrari. She doesn't remember this event for sure, but she just assumes someone came there with their own car. She shrugs, blinking a few times and shifting her gaze to the clock, noticing that the clock was already 11 at night. She sighs, still talking trough her phone, looking at the ceiling, as her blue hair falls on her back, tapping with the pen in the desk.

She feels very tired, with a tired look and can barely speak, moistening her lips with every sentence. Her green eyes have a slight glow from the red lights in her office, her pupils are large from the dim light, and she wore only a black shirt, the first three buttons being unbuttoned. Her red camouflage pants were present, but with no gear on, sitting relaxed, sometimes waving over some sheets and observing. Her eyes fall on the surveillance cameras again, not noticing anything yet. The voice beyond the call was still audible, speaking in one, she barely listening and feeling tired as hell, as she grunts and sighs, closing her eyes and thinks.

Suddenly, her eyes open and her ears hear a noise, turning around and seeing nothing, raising an eyebrow and thinks, thinking that maybe she has hallucinations. She sighs, turning back to her call and talk, shaking her head and thinks. She still talks on the phone, doesn't pay attention around her, sitting and moving that pen between her fingers further. But she swears, maybe she's hallucinating, but she hears a closeness behind her.

It was him.

It was him

- Shit...

Danny mumbles, breathing deep and gulps, still with her back to him and holding the phone a bit away from her ear, stopping from tapping the pen against the desk.He was just standing straight and silently behind her back, wearing tight black jeans and a black T-shirt, exposing some of his body tattoos. In his firm, cold and harsh voice, he only said in a low voice, without even moving a finger.

-Who are you talking with?

- Doesn't concern you, I should ask you what the hell are you doing in my base at this hour?
