On another relentless day of arduous progress, Lobertari finds herself in a crucial meeting with the UNSA organization. They gather to discuss and negotiate the much-needed attention for Project Daya Antariksa, a venture that promises to be a turning point in Bantargara's endeavors.

"I believe I speak for the UNSA that your space converter is simply a large project, not a significant finding," the UNSA chairman said.

"You speak as if Project Daya Antariksa is an energy absorbent panel, and nevertheless a manipulation panel," Lobertari said. "Perhaps I will remind you what it is for, it is a panel to cord the forces and energies of space itself, and when they are corded, Project Daya Antariksa will convert the energy they bond itself with energy."

"Ms. Lobertari, we are pretty certain that definition is already defined," the UNSA chairman said.

"I beg to differ—the word 'cord' is not in any of space sciences," Lobertari said. "Cord means to bond, to follow, to surround the bountiful amounts of energy and forces in space as we speak; energy and bonding. Marvelous potential, it has."

"And what potential is that?" the UNSA chairman asked.

"Such potential for traveling within space and time itself, possibilities beyond centuries of light year travel," Lobertari stated.

"Ms. Lobertari, such a panel would require a multitude of speed and velocity itself," the UNSA officer said.

"And we have proposed and managed it," Lobertari said. "This will be Indonesia's finding, and we wish not for any foreign intervention, but the United Nations' approval, protection, and supervision. Maintained sporadic communication and publicity, I've already with my country's government representatives, the public. They have known. They have approved, they will approved. Integrity, assurance, no conflict of interest, is what we oblige to have on the matter," she explained. "For the future of the world, furthering our goals towards extraterrestrial integration and standards, this project can put forth the world too."

"We would need to discuss this and return to you in a few days," the UNSA chairman said.

"I'd like to hear your decision now," Lobertari reminded into her sphere. "This is a significant finding that will revolutionize space science, and I do not wish for this project to be fumbled."
