"What?" department staff #1 reacted.

"8 million?" department staff #2 reacted.

"Undocumented people, yes," said the stakeholder. "To document them all, we must, for all the people to evacuate. Portal coordinates cant be too dispersed with our population, any civilian who does not know where to go we give a general coordinate, to add that as additional and neccesary information order."

"That's rubbish!" department staff #3 question. "In what devilish circumstances should we document these immigrants?! An emergency, this is, for all our damn sakes! We have the portals and the crowd management, don't need identity formality and that crap."

"This is not only because of surveillance nor crowd management, this is the fact that this is an island, that can only house a few legs. Necessary, this is, for the system!" the stakeholder said. "Watch your manners, different people have different end-goals to the universe they want to go to. We can't just let everyone go to the same universe; this evacuation does not intend to ruin the lives of other universes."

"But sir, why do we have to travel around the world for this?" department staff #1 wondered.

"Some areas don't have technology in the first place, and a few chunk nations are not aware of this incident," the stakeholders informed.

"But what if they don't want to," department staff #2 questioned.

"We help those that want it!" the stakeholder said,

"Why should we bother helping them?!" department staff #3 questioned. "Selfish, I am not here, but why should we bother helping people around the world, possibly in very isolated, when we even reject giving rebels the same chance!"

"YOU CRITICIZE THE SYSTEM ONE MORE TIME, I WILL BAN YOU AND YOUR WIFE FROM LEAVING THIS DESOLATED EARTH!" the stakeholder shouted. "Your choice—do you comply or not?"

A moment for silence was for department staff #3. Martinner then asked, "I would sincerely say... we may not be able to save them all. How long, do you believe, we should assist the world with identity application?"

"For all I know, you may as well leave in the very last hour, when there is nothing left," the stakeholder said.

Haumecea asked, "So our... children will have to stay?"

"Apologies, I am. A parent, I am not. Those concerns are your concerns, not mine. I was only here to inform your duties, and you shall do them with grace..."

"SCREW YOU!!" Department Staff #3 angered, and the guards took him away. "THE WORLD IS DYING, AND YOU CHOOSE WHO LIVES!!"

"The sooner, the more effective you can handle these orders, perhaps the faster you can evacuate," the stakeholder advised. "Do you understand what we must do?"

And so, applications had already begun and opened. People around the world gathered, stormed, and waited patiently to be allocated for the evacuation.

Arlaion spared a few hours, not only to accompany Royyega at the inn and help her pack her things but to also see Grandpa Walbode while he still had air to breathe.

"To be... forward... to chase your dreams... all... I wanted for... you, Royyega," Walbode expressed moveless. "All my life... scared... I realized my whole... not because.. for you to be alone... to leave... not because of... the... prospect... you have chosen... but I was scared... that when I am... gone... you will have... no one... to truly love you... as I did," he said. "I feel... so blessed... for you to have a great man as Arlaion... a friend."

"The blessing is also mine, sir," Arlaion thanked. "Truly a marvel, your daughter."

"I... never been so proud," Walbode expressed. "I... never been... so proud of you... Royyega," he said to her.
