Chapter 6

Kiara was in the library reading as she over heard Harry and Hermione talking about the second task.

"Hey Neville" Kiara spotted Neville nose deep in a book, slightly on edge.

"H..hi Kiara" Neville nervously spoke.

"Longbottom!" Professor moody called for Neville, assigning him to help Harry with his books.

Kiara packed her things up, realising how late it was getting and made her way back to the common room.

"Where have you been?" Theodore questioned, looking back, over his shoulder as she entered.

Kiara looked over to see him, Mattheo, Lorenzo and Blaise all sat on the sofa in the main common room. She walked over.

"The library" she stood, wrapping her arms around her books.

"Again?" Theodore laughed.

"Yes again!" Kiara snapped. "How come you lot are still awake?" She questioned

"We were just discussing things. You know. Boy talk" Lorenzo winked.

"Right! Boy talk!" Kiara snickered, shaking her head slightly. 

"Something you can't be here for!" Mattheo scoffed.

"Yeah I gathered that!" Kiara sent daggers in his direction, Mattheo looking away as she did "Goodnight" Kiara walked off

"Night!" Lorenzo practically shouted

"Goodnight sis!" Theodore called out.

"Night" Blaise mumbled.

Students made their way to the black lake, taking boats to the destination.

Kiara had noticed Harry and Neville ahead, as Harry looked around, like a lost golden retriever. Draco purposely nudging into him as they walked past.

Kiara paused as they reached the boat, turning back around.

"Kie?" Pansy called out, noticing her walking away.

"Hey Neville" kiara smiled, making Neville nervous. "Harry" she turned to face Harry.

Harry looked at her in confusion, looking back behind her at the boys and Pansy waiting. "I just wanted to say good luck" kiara smiled in reassurance.

"Oh umm thanks" Harry awkwardly thanked Kiara before she headed back to the boat.

"What was that about?" Theodore questioned.

"Nothing. Just wanted to be nice that's all" Kiara sat herself down next to Lorenzo

"You sure you're a Slytherin?" Lorenzo joked

"Slytherin's don't always have to be dicks you know!" Kiara snapped

Everyone fell silent, not a word spoken, as the boat travelled to the three platforms, located in the middle of the lake.

Dumbledore announced the second task discretely. A canon went off, scaring a few students. The winners all dived in apart from Harry who was pushed.

"I've killed Harry Potter!" Neville panicked.

Kiara gasped as her and some other students leant over trying to look for him.

Harry flies into the air and the crowd cheers.

"Go Harry!!" Kiara cheered

The boys stared at her in disgust as she cheered Harry on but she did not care what they thought of her anymore. She was tired of being known as a typical Slytherin. The sister of Theodore Nott, friends with the dark lords son.
