Ally's POV
"Ally that wasn't a dream." I could see the sadness etched into his face as he said those words. "You passed out when you found out that your mom wasn't at the convenient store. I think that's why you thought it was all a dream." Everything comes back to me now the phone call, trying to call my mom, and finding out that she's gone. Why can't my life just be normal? I sigh and sit up on the couch. Aric and Skyler walk down the stairs to see what all the commotion is about but as soon as Kirsten see's them she sends them right back upstairs.
"Honey the police are going to be here in a few minutes." Kirsten says. "They're probably going to ask a lot of questions about your dad and your mom."
"Okay." I whisper.
Kirsten then calls Carl telling him what's going on, and to come home.
A bit later there is a knock on the door and two uniformed police officers make their way into the living room.
"May we please talk to the daughter of Diane Fitch." They ask."That would be me." I say getting up from my spot on the couch still wiping tears off my face. They take me to the kitchen where they both take a seat at the kitchen table. The one with the name badge saying Jacobson pats the seat next to him telling me to sit.
"We have a few questions for you if that's ok."
I nod telling him to go on.
"So how did you go from living in Montana, to moving to Upstate New York." He asks.
I answer his question by saying "Well after years of dealing with my dad we had enough of him. He was an alcoholic and after he got home from the bar he would sometimes attack us if we confronted him about it. Or for no reason at all. So we packed all our stuff into the car and we were ready to leave. Just before we left though my father came back from the bar, when he saw all the bags in the car he freaked out and ran after us. When we got away from him and into the car he screamed "I am going to kill you! Don't think you can get away from me I will find you wherever you go!" But we got away from him and moved out here to the country where we thought he would never find us.""When did you receive the call from your father about finding your mother and you?"
"About two in the afternoon" I respond. With each answer they write down in a file what I'm saying.
"And what did he say?"
"He said that he hired a private investigator to find us, and that he was going to find us. After the call I called my mom to tell her and she didn't answer that's when I knew something was wrong."
"When was the last time you spoke to your mom?" He questions.
"It was last night, she was really freaked out because I forgot to tell her I was over here at the Fredericks' house and she didn't know where I was. She was really paranoid that he found me and took me." Sighing I continue "I guess she was right, but it should have been the other way around. I should have been the one to warn her."
"Do you have a recent picture of your mom?"
"Yeah" I say grabbing my phone and finding a picture I took when we were visiting the puppies.
"Okay thank you. We have one last question for you; do you think he would seriously harm your mother?"
I respond by saying "Yes I do. Even if he isn't drunk he has major anger issues, but the alcohol just adds fuel to the flames."
"Thanks for answering our questions. Just to be safe we have police outside just to make sure the person who did this doesn't try any funny business. We already have it arranged that you stay at the Fredericks' house until further notice. Ally we will do everything we can to find your mother."
"Thank you." I say with a slight smile. It's nice to know they are trying to help.
"Sorry one last thing, can we see your phone?" He asks. I hand him my phone and he takes it away for a few moments then gives it back to me."Okay so I just bugged your phone. If your father calls we will be able to track his location through the cell towers. So if he calls you answer the phone, you need to stay on the phone as long as possible with him if he does. Even if he doesn't know it by talking he might give away tiny bits of information about where they are."
"Bye Ms. Fitch." One of the officers say as they make their way to the door. It's really odd hearing people refer to me by Ms. I walk back into the living room and everyone is sitting there with worried expressions plastered on their face. I'm sure I look the same, but seeing everyone else like this is really depressing it just makes me want to start crying again. I go and sit down next to Sawyer and then Kirsten turns on the T.V.

*End of News*
When I see the picture of both my parents on the news channel I gain new hope. Having their picture out there will help the police find where they are faster. It's ten at night and I'm getting really tired. This day sucked all the energy I had out of me. I lean my head on Sawyer's chest and listen to his heartbeat. And pretty soon I drift off to sleep.
*Nightmare*
"You really thought you could just leave me." He laughs as he takes a swig of whiskey."Burn in hell." My mom spits back at him. Walking up to where she is tied up in a chair my father slaps her as hard as he can. The sound echoes throughout the old empty building. He pulls out a gun from his belt and points it at my mother's head laughing. "Like I said, I'm going to kill you. And I always keep my promises." He says as he puts his finger on the trigger and pulls it. The sound rings out and my mom screams. The last thing that comes out of her mouth is my name before her body goes limp.
*End of Nightmare*Sawyer's POV
Ally fell asleep on the couch so instead of waking her I carried her up to my room and put her in my spare bed I have in my bedroom. Exhausted I climbed into my bed and was out like a light.
I jolt awake to the sound of screaming. It takes me a second to realize that it's coming from Ally. I run over to Ally and shake her awake. Her breathing is wild and unsteady and she looks like she is going to pass out.
"She's dead" She cries as she rocks back and forth. I sit down on the bed and put my arms around her.
"It's just a dream. Your moms not dead the police are finding her." I whisper. I keep whispering this and pretty soon she stops crying, and falls back asleep in my arms.
