The next day.

Jimin is checking his office bag in the living room—he is wearing a tucked-in white shirt along with black trousers and a black tie. He zips his office bag and turns to his left.

Yoongi walks to Jimin as he asks, 'Have you taken everything?'

Jimin answers, 'Yup...' and steps closer to Yoongi.

Jimin plants a kiss on Yoongi's cheek and says, 'Bye, baby.'

Yoongi smiles a little and says, 'Bye...'

Jimin walks to the door with his backpack and the doorbell is heard.

Jimin panics as he spares a glance at Yoongi.

Yoongi raises his chin and nods once.

Jimin looks out of the house through the hole in the door and spots Mr Park waiting with a pistol in his hand.

Jimin gulps nervously and takes a couple of steps back. He mouths, 'It's him. Call the police.'

Yoongi rushes to the bedroom and grabs his phone. He makes a call to someone and gulps nervously.

Mr Park shouts, 'Open the door, bastard!'

Jimin gulps anxiously and begins to sweat around his forehead.

Yoongi is talking over the phone.

[In English]
Yoongi: He could have a pistol with him.

[In English]
???: I want you to stay calm, sir. The officers are on their way.

[In English]
Yoongi: Thank you, ma'am.

Yoongi hangs up and tosses his phone onto the bed. He rushes into the living room and stares at Jimin.

Mr Park shoots the lock of the door and kicks the door open. He walks in and spots Jimin.

Jimin stands still and presses his lips tight.

Mr Park looks at Yoongi and asks, 'You are his slut, aren't you?'

Jimin says, 'Father-'

Mr Park aims the pistol at Jimin and says, 'Don't you fucking call me that with your cock-sucking mouth.'

Jimin says, 'Sir... Please... Let us go.'
Mr Park says, 'You don't deserve to live, arsehole. You're such a disgrace to the whole Park family.'

Jimin spares a glance at Yoongi and looks at Mr Park as he says, 'I agree... I'm a disgrace. That's why I'm asking you to let me be. You wouldn't wanna have anything with nothing but a disgrace, would you?'

The police cars reach the house.

Mr Park pulls the trigger aiming at Jimin but Yoongi manages to come in between the bullet and Jimin.

The bullet pierces Yoongi's left shoulder and his blood splashes out of his hand.

Jimin screams, 'No! Baby!' and holds Yoongi by his waist from the back.

Mr Park is about to pull the trigger again but police officers surround him.

[In English]
Officer Khan aims a pistol at Mr Park as he exclaims, 'Drop your weapon! Hands at the back!'

Mr Park drops his pistol and holds his hands at the back. An officer handcuffs Mr Park and takes him out of the house.

Jimin is weeping as he says, 'Baby, stay with me... Please...'

Yoongi clenches his jaw as he grunts.

Jimin's tears fall on Yoongi's face.

[In English]
Officer Khan says to someone over the phone, 'The victim has been shot in the left shoulder.'

Jimin says, 'Baby... Why did you do this?' and sobs continuously.

Quite soon, the paramedic and a few people in scrubs lift Yoongi. They make him lie on the stretcher and take him to the ambulance.

[In English]
A lady asks, 'Can you come with us?'

Jimin nods in response and gets into the ambulance.

[In English]
The paramedic asks, 'Can you hear me, mate?'
Yoongi answers, 'Yes.'
The paramedic says, 'All right. We'll get you to the hospital and take that bullet out. It's in your shoulder and you might need surgery. You'll be all right. Do you hear me?'

Yoongi blinks once in response.

Jimin says, 'Baby... I'm here. Stay with me. Yeah?' and holds Yoongi's right hand.

Yoongi says, 'If something happens, remember that I love you and I always will.'
Jimin says, 'Shut up. You're not gonna die.'

[In English]
The paramedic says, 'Calm down. You're not supposed to argue right now. Your mate will be fine.'
Jimin says, 'He's my boyfriend.'
The paramedic says, 'Oh... All right. He'll be fine.'

Jimin nods in response.

Yoongi is rushed to the hospital.
