The next day.

Jimin is curled up on the bed. He says to himself, 'I'm such a fool. I don't even know his phone number.'

He thinks for a minute and exclaims, 'Right! Taehyung!'

He sits upright on the bed and grabs his phone. He makes a call to Taehyung.

Over the phone.

Jimin: Taehyung-ah, I want Yoongi Hyung's number.

Taehyung: Whoa, chill, mate.

Jimin: I can't be chill, arsehole. Father sent him home.

Taehyung: Why?

Jimin: He got hurt yesterday.

Taehyung: And you don't have his number?

Jimin: No. I wouldn't have called you if I had it.

Taehyung: I have his number but he doesn't use it anymore.

Jimin: What?

Taehyung: He said that he'll be changing his number and I haven't heard from him ever since.

Jimin: Why?

Taehyung: I don't know. He hasn't met Jungkook either.

Jimin: Don't they live together?

Taehyung: Not anymore. Jungkook stays with me.

Jimin: Oh... Okay.

Taehyung: Maybe the other guards might have his number. Try asking them.

Jimin: All right. Bye, mate.

Taehyung: Bye...

Jimin hangs up and gets up from the bed. He keeps his phone in his pocket and walks to the door. He unlocks it and opens it. He steps out and spots Hyun-Jin.

Hyun-Jin bows to Jimin.

Jimin asks, 'Do you have Min Yoongi's number?'
Hyun-Jin answers, 'No, sir.'
Jimin asks, 'Does any of you guys happen to have his number?'
Hyun-Jin answers, 'We are not supposed to share our phone numbers with anyone, sir.'

Jimin says, 'At least, the guards will know each other's number.'
Hyun-Jin says, 'No, sir. Jung Hoseok-nim has everyone's contact.'
Jimin asks, 'Do you have Jung Hoseok's number?'
Hyun-Jin answers, 'No, sir.'

Jimin asks, 'Then how the fuck will you let Jung Hoseok know if something is wrong?'
Hyun-Jin answers, 'Only selected bodyguards have his number, sir.'
Jimin says, 'Ah, come on, mate.'

Hyun-Jin does not respond.

Jimin continues, 'I need Min Yoongi's number. Can you help me with that?'
Hyun-Jin asks, 'May I know why you need his number?'
Jimin answers, 'He's my friend. That's why.'

Hyun-Jin says, 'It's not safe to contact him. The enemies might get your number by bugging his phone or something like that.'
Jimin says, 'Ah, I stay in the mansion anyway.'
Hyun-Jin says, 'It's not safe, sir. You'll be in trouble if Park Ji-Sung-nim gets to know.'

Jimin exclaims, 'Fuck it!' and walks into his room. He slams the door close and walks to the bed. He lies on the bed and begins to sob silently.

A few days pass.

On a fine evening.

Jimin is sitting on the table with a piece of paper and a pen. He keeps the piece of paper on the table and grabs his phone. He plays a song and keeps his phone on the table.

'Yes, I do, I believe...
That one day I will be where I was...
Right there, right next to you...
And it's hard, the days just seem so dark...
The moon, and the stars are nothing without you...'

He starts to think with a long face.

'Your touch, your skin, where do I begin?
No words can explain the way I'm missing you...
Deny this emptiness, this hole that I'm inside...
These tears, they tell their own story...'

He starts to write on the piece of paper.

'Told me not to cry when you were gone...
But the feeling's overwhelming, it's much too strong...
Can I lay by your side, next to you?
You...
And make sure you're alright...
I'll take care of you...
And I don't want to be here if I can't be with you tonight....'

Tears roll down his face.

'I'm reaching out to you...
Can you hear my call?
This hurt that I've been through...
I'm missing you, I'm missing you like crazy, you...
Can I lay by your side? Next to you, to you...
And make sure you're alright...
I'll take care of you...
And I don't want to be here if I can't be with you tonight...'

He sniffles and speeds up his pace of writing.

'Oh, lay me down tonight...
Lay me by your side, whoa...
Lay me down tonight...
Lay me by your side...
Can I lay by your side? Next to you, you...'

He sobs silently and rests his head on the table.
