My friends all gave me a look the second I walked out of the school.
I looked down at my shoes and walked towards them.
"How was it?" Linh asked cooed in a snarky tone.
I rolled my eyes with a smile.
"It was good." I said quietly.
Linh nodded.
"We have to hurry." Tam said. "Forkle has a mission coming up.
Everyone quickly hopped in the car and we drove back to base.
"What mission?" I asked when we walked into Forkles office.
"Agents," Forkle said. "On Monday there is a school dance called homecoming. I need you guys at the party to use these..." he handed us 4 pairs of black glasses. "To find a phone. The phone has documents that are crucial to the Neverseen's plans, so we need to retrieve the phone."
"Will it be given to the person or will they have it?" Linh asked.
"It will be a trade off," Forkle said. "Money for the phone. Now get ready for the heist."
"Wait what?!" I blurted.
Everyone in the room ran a hand down their face.
"Did you seriously forget the cargo heist?" Tam said as he tugged at his silver bangs.
I tugged at my eyelashes.
Dex grabbed my hand to stop me from ripping more out.
"Right now everyone change," Forkle said. Meet in the garage in 10 minutes."
We all ran to our dorm, which was all the way across the base.
"So we have to either destroy or steal the cars?" I asked.
"Forkle prefers if we bring them back." Linh said as she pulled up her jumpsuit.
I nodded and zipped mine up.
Linh and I wore matching tight jumpsuits. It was a legging material for the whole thing and was really cool.

(This is what the girls wore)
The boys wore their black leather zip up jackets, and black jeans.
Linh and I tied our hair in high ponytails and we all ran to the garage.
"You guys look great." He said with a smile, then Granate walked up to us.
"I'll drive you guys," he said. "I'll be your driver in this car, while you guys go two and two on each of their cars. Then I'll leave you guys and you steal their cars and drive back."
We all nodded, and I rubbed the knot of nerves in my ribs.
"Good luck." Forkle wished us as we got into the jeep.
Linh and I sat on the bench on one side of the Jeep, while Tam and Dex sat on the other.
"Is it just me or does everyone else feel ready to throw up?" Dex asked.
"Agreed." We all said.
"It's just because this is your first mission." Granite said from the driver seat. "Once you go on more, the nerves will go away."
We all nodded.
"What was your first mission?" Dex asked him, with nervousness in his voice.
Tam squeezed his shoulder.
Granite sighed. "When I was your age, me and my group had to stop a bombing at the government building. We were nervous like how you guys are now. But once you get there, your training will take over and everything will be fine....we are pulling up on them now."
We looked out of the windshield and saw two vans driving forward.
"Tam, Dex," Granite said as we got right behind them. "You guys are up."
Dex and Tam gave eachother a look.
We all unbuckled our seat belts and watched Tam and Dex wear their black sunglasses. We put ours on while they climbed onto the roof of our Jeep. Linh and I held the roof and squatted on it.
Tam and Dex stood on top of the car, balancing and waiting for Granites Que.
"DEX, TAM NOW!" Granite yelled.
The two boys took a deep breath and dove onto the top of one van. The breath Linh and I were holding released in a sigh of relief.
Linh and I gave each other a look and crawled to the front of the Jeep.
"Ready?" I asked her as we put of our black sunglasses.
She nodded.
"Ready."
"SOPHIE, LINH!" Granite called. "NOW!"
Linh and I took a deep breath and jumped onto the other van.
"YES!" I cheered, and high fived Linh.
"You two shouldn't be here." A voice said.
Linh and I turned forward to find a boy wearing a black compression shirt, black jeans, sunglasses, and Beanie. Some of his blond hair stuck out in the front of his beanie.
"Linh start getting in." I said, while she pulled out a drill from her tool belt. "I'll deal with him."
The boy smirked and walked towards me.
He swung first, and I dodged it. I grabbed his arm and punched his ribs. He grunted in pain and twisted his arm, putting me in a headlock. He lifted his arm to swing, but I head butted him in the head. I heard his glasses get pushed into his nose, while he cried out in pain.
I pushed him to the ground and heard a bang. I looked behind me and saw a hole on the top of the van.
I turned back to the boy who had blood dripping from the bridge of his nose.
"Who are you?" He asked in shock.
"Agent Moonlark." I said with a smile. "I'm new."
The car slammed on its breaks, throwing us off of the car. The same thing happened with the other car. I landed on the ground, on my ankle with pain exploding through it. The two doors opened on the back of the cars, and Dex and Linh ran out. The drivers ran out of the cars.
"It's gonna blow!" A boy from the Neverseen shouted.
My eyes widened, and through the pain of my swollen ankle I hobbled as towards Granites car.
But I was too late.
"Moonlark!" Dex yelled.
The bombs exploded, making me and the boy fly forward.
I landed on the dirt floor in a heap, and the world started to dim. The last thing I remembered was Tam carrying me to our Jeep and then the world turning dark.
