Joshua Annker grew up in a small section of Capital City where everyone knew each other by name. He was the life of every party, always making sure to include others and make them feel welcome. The friendly persona and his infectious smile gave him a reputation as the friendliest guy around.

Despite limited resources growing up, he never let it get him down. He used his positive attitude to lift others up instead of dragging them down. He had a heart of gold and never hesitated to lend a hand.

As he gets older, his reputation only continues to grow. His ability to connect with all people makes him stand out in any crowd. Even though he faces personal struggles that test his resolve, Joshua remains true to himself.

The Antari name is a long line of mystics and healers, with a lineage that traces back to ancient Mesopotamia. From a young age, Layla exhibited an uncanny charm that seemed to draw people towards her. Her presence made her the center of attention wherever she went, but it wasn't until her sixteenth birthday that she discovered the true extent of her powers.

On the eve of her sixteenth birthday, she found herself drawn to the moonlight coming in from her window. In its silvery glow, she felt a surge of energy coursing throughout her. At first, she dismissed it as a coincidence, but when strange things started happening around her - animals behaving oddly and shadows taking on lives of their own - she knew that something powerful had awakened within her.

Despite having all the powers of a vampire, which promised increased strength, speed, and senses, Layla didn't share their bloodthirsty nature. She instead chose to use her newfound abilities for good; becoming a protector of those who cannot protect themselves from high-level and/or supernatural threats. And so she walks among Capital City as both savior and anomaly, in equal measure.

Zach Antari, like his twin sister Layla, was born into wealth and privilege, rarely needing to work for anything in his early life. With parents who constantly pampered him and his sister, Zach grew up believing that he was above everyone else. His upbringing only fueled his already arrogant and prideful nature, making him look down on those he deemed inferior, which was pretty much everybody. He often used his sharp tongue to belittle others and boost his ego.

Despite being rude and obnoxious, there was a playful side to him that some, including his sister, found endearing. He would often pull pranks on unsuspecting victims, stealing items and the like. He did this just for the thrill of it, finding joy in causing chaos wherever he went. But as much as he enjoys his lifestyle, it's all but a facade to cover up his insecurities and need for attention.

Willow Harrington grew up in a tough area of Capital City, where she quickly learned to develop a strong outer-shell to protect her from the harsh realities of the outside world. She became known as someone not to be messed with, for she was always ready with a quick tongue and sharp wit to defend herself. And, if need be, she could unleash her clones as well. But in spite of her tough exterior, deep down she longs for a friend. Someone she could confide in and share her secrets and fears; her innermost thoughts.

Her tough demeanor often pushed people people away, but Willow couldn't help it - years of facing adversary had taught her that vulnerability was a weakness. However, she yearns for companionship and connection that goes beyond superficial interaction. Willow secretly envied those who had close friendships and wondered what it would feel like to have someone truly understand her hidden struggles.
