Warning: Gore and cussing

*3rd POV*

The Philippines screamed as Japanese Empire's soldiers dragged him down the painful, rocky halls of the dungeon. The other prisoners looked at him with pity, knowing there was nothing they could do without getting hurt themselves.

"Shut up, you bitch," Japanese Empire said, harshly striking Phil on the cheek. "Keep screaming, and it'll only be worse."

The soldiers mercilessly threw him into his cell, making him stand on his knees as they chained his feet to iron balls. It was all to keep him trapped. He'd had his fair share of trying to escape, and J.E. was done.
"You know.. I'm much kinder than this." She said as the soldiers forced Philip to hold his arms straight out, as if he were being crucified. "I remember seeing you at that capitalist's meetings... You looked oh so coy in front of all those senators... It made me happy."

The soldiers had fully chained his arms to the chains, and pulled the chains tightly so that he couldn't move his arms, making him cry out in pain.
"Hush. Anyway... That look of desperation, wanting to be anywhere but where you were. It gives me energy, Philip." She finally looked him in the eyes, displaying her terrifying purple eyes.

It shouldn't have been possible for her to have that eye color, but no one questioned it out of fear. Some say that the purple grows darker as she tortures people. Myth or true? Almost no one's lived to answer it, and those who did are too scared to talk about it.

Philip tried his best to avoid eye contact with her dark, dark purple eyes. Unfortunately, a soldier noticed this and harshly lifted his head to make him look her in the eyes.

"Now, the others, their looks of fear are nothing like yours. They all had a "fuck you" look behind it... But you... Heh, you... You just want to be free, don't you?" Silence. "Of course you do... I've already told you~ There is a way to get out of this~
"Just give me what I want~"

As she said that, she slowly rubbed her crotch, as if to remind Philippines about her deal. He hadn't forgotten. He'd barely slept after she'd told him, out of fear of her coming into his cell at night.

Besides, he'd never say no. He had a partner back home who was waiting for him to return.
"Home..." he thought. He hadn't been able to talk to America since he was captured so he probably thought he was dead, and probably told Phil's girlfriend that too.

"I... I already told you. No." Philippines said nervously.
Japanese Empire seemed displeased and said something in Japanese to another soldier. Philip had been with the Japanese for a while now, but still had very little to no understanding of the language.

"Fine," Japanese Empire said, taking the whip from the soldier she had just spoken to. "We'll make sure you remember your choice."

Philip's eyes widened in fear, as he knew what she was about to do. Before he could object against it, he felt a sharp stinging pain in his back. The whip left bloody slashes across his back and arms. The sound of the whip winding back and hitting silenced Phil's pleads for her to stop.

Every time J.E. would take the whip up so she could strike again, Phil could see more and more blood on it, along with bits of what he thought was possibly skin. Thankfully, she stopped after a few minutes due to someone calling for her.

"You got lucky this time," she said as she left the dungeon, the soldiers following her. "I'll be back."

He sighed in relief that she'd left, but still felt the fear tingling in him that she'd be back. He tried to turn around so he could see what damage she'd done, but the pain was too much. His whole back was numb, but his arms and neck were extremely painful to move.
