Danielle stood under the bus stop as rain poured down. She stared at the flowers on the ground and sighed. "Where's your jacket?" Jungwon asked, holding his umbrella over her head with one hand and taking his jacket off with the other.

"It's warm out. I don't need a jacket for rain." Danielle replied. "I don't want you to get sick." Jungwon scolded. Danielle stared at him as he wrapped his jacket around her. "What?" He asked. "Nothing." Danielle said, putting on the jacket completely.

Jungwon back hugged her and smiled a bit. Danielle tried to act annoyed but she couldn't hide her wide smile.

Jungwon saw Sunoo approaching and immediately let go of Danielle, handing her the umbrella. "Uhm.. hello." Sunoo said. "Hey." Jungwon said quickly. Danielle cleared her throat and waved. "You two are so awkward. Just admit you're dating." Sunoo sighed. "We're not." They said in unison. Sunoo scoffed.

"Hey guys." Niki said, walking up to them. "Hey Niki." Jungwon replied. "Where's Sooyun?" Danielle asked. Niki looked around, "I don't know." He replied.

"Sorry I'm late!" Sooyun said, running up to them while papers threatened to fall out of her book bag. "What happened to you?" Danielle asked. "I fell asleep while studying last night and I woke up late." Sooyun breathed out, as the cold air hit her.

"And I didn't know it was raining so now I'm drenched. Oh gosh the world hates me." She groaned. Niki pressed his lips together, "It's fine. Relax." He said. He took Sooyuns bag off of her back and began sorting the assignments. Sooyun just continued ranting to Danielle.

Niki handed Sooyun her bag and took off his jacket, handing that to her as well. "You didn't have too-" "I want to." Niki said quietly, putting his hands in his pockets. Sooyun smiled a bit and put on his jacket, fiddling with the sleeves.

Everyone stared at them.

"What?" Niki asked. "That was so cute!" Danielle squealed out. Sooyun looked at her in confusion. "Am I the only single one here?" Sunoo asked. "What do you mean? Im single." Sooyun said. "As well as I am." Niki added. Danielle and Jungwon exchanged glances. "Us too." Jungwon said. Sunoo narrowed his eyes.

"Riki and I aren't dating." Sooyun said. "Riki?" Jungwon asked. Sooyun looked at Niki. Jungwon rasied a brow along with everyone else. "I mean Kiki- I mean Niki." Sooyun breathed out. Niki chuckled a bit. "Sooyun and I aren't together." He said, "I can't say the same for Jungwon and Danielle." Thankfully, that drew Sunoos attention back to the other pair.

Niki looked at Sooyun. "What?" She asked. "We're not going to school today." He said. "Why?" Sooyun asked. "You're drenched in rain, I don't want you getting sick." Niki replied. "Why aren't you going to school though?" Sooyun asked. Niki blinked rapidly, "I don't know." Sooyun chuckled a bit.

"Hey guys, I think I'm going to go home instead of walking around damp. Niki's walking me home." Sooyun said. Niki nodded in agreement. "Alright! Call me!" Danielle said. Sooyun nodded and looked at Niki. Niki looked back, "let's go."

He placed his hand on her back as they walked down the street to her house.

"Why are you back already?" Yujin asked. "I got drenched in rain so I decided I'm not going to school." Sooyun shrugged. "Just change and go." Yujin suggested. "I don't wanna go." Sooyun whined. Yujin looked behind Sooyun and saw Niki.

"Niki, you understand how important studies are right? Talk her into going." Yujin said. "I think she can stay home." Niki said softly. "Mom! Dad! Tell Sooyun she has to go to school." Yujin said. "She can stay home." Mrs. Ahn shrugged. "If I asked that at her age I would be declined." Yujin scoffed, biting her sandwich aggressively.

"We'll be in my room." Sooyun said. Her parents nodded. "Come on Riki." Sooyun smiled. Niki smiled a little bit and followed her.

Danielle sighed as she stared at the board. She was so tired that she had to force her head to stay up. "Jungwon! What brings you here?" The teacher asked. Danielle's eyes shot open and she turned to the door.

"I came to bring you some documents." Jungwon said. "You can sit them on the empty desk by Danielle." The teacher said. Danielle shook her head rapidly. Jungwon looked at her before sitting the papers on the desk. Danielle stared at him and he glanced back over, sliding a lollipop onto her desk.

Danielle slid the lollipop in the pocket of Jungwons jacket that he had loaned her and looked back at him. Jungwon smiled at her a bit and left. Danielle fiddled with the lollipop in her pocket and smiled to herself.

"Uno!" Sooyun said excitedly. "This game is rigged." Niki protested. "Are you a sore loser?" Sooyun asked. "No." Niki replied, scratching the back of his ear.

"Sooyun." Niki started. "Hm?" Sooyun hummed. "About the kiss..." Niki's words trailed off, as if he couldn't finish the sentence. Sooyun stared at him as he cheeks flushed red.

"We like each other, yeah?" Niki asked. Sooyun nodded. "So.." Niki started, "Would you like to.. go on uhm.. a date?" He asked. Sooyun stared at him. Niki stared back. "When?" Sooyun asked. "This weekend." Niki replied. "I'll go on a date with you." Sooyun smiled. Niki smiled as well. They stared at each other for a bit.

Niki's lips parted and he leaned in. Sooyun leaned in as well and closed her eyes. "Hey sweetie, I made you some fruit-" Mrs. Ahn stared at them as they jumped away from each other. "Enjoy." She said, pointing to the fruit and sitting it on Sooyuns desk.

She walked out and Sooyun and Niki exchanged glances. "Uhm... let's eat the fruit." Sooyun said. Niki nodded and got up to grab the bowl. Sooyun watched him and fiddled with her hands.

Niki sat back across from her and sat the fruit in the middle. Sooyun grabbed a piece of watermelon and ate it silently. Niki grabbed a piece as well. "Do you think she saw us?" Sooyun asked. Niki looked up from the bowl and shook his head.

Sooyun let out a sigh of relief and relaxed. Niki leaned back on the pillow and ate neither piece of watermelon. "I'm so glad we stayed out of school today." Sooyun smiled. "Me too." Niki agreed.

"When did you start to like me?" Sooyun asked. Niki scratched the back of his ear, "I don't know." Sooyun chuckled, "sure." "When did you start to like me?" Niki asked. "I don't know exactly when. I just always found you cute. I guess I slowly liked you more and more over time." Sooyun replied. Niki smiled.
