Xavier's P.O.V.
__________"Help! " She screamed as Ariana came into view. She looked at me and I furrowed my eyebrows as her eyes slowly fluttered close.
"Arya! " Ariana screamed as she fell on my chest.
As soon as Arya collapsed in my lap, Ariana rushed towards us, her eyes filled with worry. She quickly checked Arya's unconscious body, her hands trembling slightly. I could see the concern etched on her face, something I hadn't seen in a long time.
"Did you touch her stomach Xavi? " She questioned worried. I was confused with this sudden turn of events.
"I pinched and twisted her stomach. Why?" I said as she gasped and her hand went to cover her mouth. She paced around the room. For the first time in forever I saw her nibbling at her fingers .
"I don't understand." I said surprised at her frantic behaviour.
"Her stomach and abdomen..." she trailed off.
"Is it that teacher you told me about?" I took Arya in my arms and hugged her tighter.
"Xavi, please don't tell her you know. She'll be heartbroken. You can see she's so sensitive about it. I don't want her to think I told you without her permission." She walked to sofa and looked at her in my lap as she let out a breath.
"I won't tell her then. And you're not interfering, your advice has always been invaluable. I know that I keep hurting her more than she can take. But she just isn't easy. She didn't accept . " I looked down at her and caressed her head. My baby.
"What did he do?" I ran my hand through her hair.
"Exactly what you did" She held her head. "And he hit her with rulers on her..." she touched her own abdomen .Her face etched with pain.
I gently asked Ariana to take care of Arya. She nodded, her eyes never leaving Arya's still form. As I got up, I carefully placed Arya in Ariana's lap, making sure she was comfortable.
Ariana ran her hands through Arya's hair, a sign of her anxiety. "Xavi?"
"Yes?" I asked as I paced back and forth slowly around the office.
"I want to understand something." She caressed her hair.
"That I can't have a grip on my emotions? Honestly no. She's all I want. I'm aware that I'm hurting her and there can be a gentle side of me that can approach her but it's just not happening. Everytime I have something nice up my sleeve, she angers me before I can really be that guy ."I sighed with my hand on my waist.
"She broke down this morning, she wants me to separate you from her. She's just scared Xavi." She looked down at her and I felt anger again.
"Yes. That's not ever happening. Don't even try. I told her two seconds before you arrived, that if u ever step in to save her , consequences would be dire." I folded my arms standing infront of her.
"I'm aware Xavi. I'm just hoping her training is not as harsh as mine because I don't think that she can take it." She sighed as she looked at Arya in her lap.
"She's doesn't love me. Like you did." I sat in the chair next to her.
"Then I hope you'll give her chances when she's had too much. I know that you want kids from her. Please keep her in a happy mental state to be able to breed lions." She managed to smile and full the room with her warmth even in such a thick air.
"I'll help you keep her happy Xavier. But please stop and think before you hurt her, for me please?" She squeezed Arya's arms.
"Okay." I looked down and sighed.
