Daniels POV:
"Yes, Father?" Daniel inquired.
"I suppose you understand why I've summoned you here, Daniel," Daniel's father replied.
"No, I don't," Daniel replied sternly.
"If you don't, allow me to enlighten you. You have now officially entered the mafia world. However, as you're aware of the rules, I can't entirely pass the throne to you—"
"So, you called me here just to tell me to get married?" Daniel interrupted, his anger rising.
"Yes, you've grasped the point," his father confirmed.
"These ridiculous rules! Father, you know I don't have a girl in my life. The one I had cheated on me with some jerk... I don't want to get married, Father!"
"Daniel, you have no choice now. You must get married. I don't want to hear any excuses," Daniel's father asserted firmly, slamming his hand on the table. "You must bring a girl here and marry her within the week! That's final. No more arguments. Is that clear enough?
with that Daniel just nodded in anger and left his fathers' office
