"Bella's POV:

---------NEXT MORNING---------

It was nearly 8 in the morning when I woke up and headed to the bathroom to freshen up. It had been two days since I last bathed or changed my clothes because, well, I didn't have any clothes. Daniel's constant annoyance only added to my frustration. After getting ready, I returned to the bed as usual, feeling utterly bored and aimless.

Shortly after, the door unlocked, and the maid entered silently, placing breakfast on the bedside table before leaving without a word. As if I would actually eat it. I tried shifting positions on the bed and even sat by the window in an attempt to clear my mind, but nothing seemed to help.

With no phone and no change of clothes, my irritation only grew. The clock on the wall was the only solace, at least I knew what time it was. By noon, I was feeling even more restless, trapped in this room with no means of escape.

I heard the door unlocking, and there stood Daniel. I stormed towards him, fury bubbling inside me.

"Where have you been?!" I demanded, my annoyance evident.

"Seems like you missed me?" Daniel replied with a smirk.

"Miss? My foot! How long do you plan on keeping me locked up in here?" I yelled, frustration clear in my voice.

"Probably until you understand that you're not supposed to run away and stay put because this is your home now," he said calmly.

"Oh, well then what about my clothes? I haven't showered for the past two days!" I shouted, my anger escalating.

"And that's precisely why I'm here. I've been attempting to have a conversation with you, but every time I try, you launch into your own grievances. As I was saying, we are getting marri—"

"And exactly who said that?!" I interrupted, testing Daniel's patience.

"Don't interrupt again. Let me complete—"

"Oh, and what if I do it? Oops, I did it already," I said sarcastically, a smirk playing on my lips.

Daniel closed the door behind him, then held me by the neck, not too tight, and pinned me to the wall. "This was the first and last time you did it, Bells," he said firmly. "Now, hear me out." Still holding my neck, he continued, "The wedding part won't change, no matter what. I had a word with Father, and he says the wedding is in three days. We need to go out for shopping, not only for your wedding dress and accessories but also for your daily wear. And yes, I'm telling you to eat your breakfast because we'll be walking a lot today. Am I clear?" With that, he released my neck and stepped back.

I felt a bit scared of him, but I pushed past it with anger. "NO!" I snapped. "Now, you may please leave," I said, rolling my eyes.

Daniel took a deep breath and said, "Remember, what comes next will be entirely your doing." With that, he turned and left.

what does he think he is. "ASSHOLE" Bella yells from behind.

Daniel's POV:

"Your father wants to see you," Lucas informed Daniel.

"Why?" Daniel inquired.

"I'm not sure. Probably to discuss your wedding?" Lucas suggested tentatively.

"Perhaps. Then I'll go," Daniel replied, getting up from his office chair.

-----------father's office------------

Daniel entered his father's study, apprehension tugging at his insides. His father, seated behind the grand desk, looked up with a stern expression.

"Sit," his father commanded, gesturing to the chair opposite him.

Daniel complied, trying to read his father's expression for any clues.

"I've heard whispers of your reluctance regarding the upcoming nuptials," his father began, his voice sharp.

Daniel shifted uncomfortably, choosing his words carefully. "I just want to ensure everything is in order before—"

"Before what?" his father interrupted, his tone cutting. "Before you disgrace this family with your indecision?"

Daniel clenched his jaw, feeling the weight of his father's expectations pressing down on him.

"The wedding will proceed as planned," his father continued, his tone leaving no room for argument. "It will take place in three days. Ensure all your preparations are in order by then."

Daniel's stomach churned with a mixture of frustration and resignation. "Yes, Father," he replied, knowing there was no point in protesting.

His father nodded once, dismissing him with a wave of his hand. "That will be all."

Daniel rose from his seat, his heart heavy with the weight of his father's demands. Without another word, he left the study, steeling himself for the inevitable.

I drove back home and headed upstairs to speak with Bella about the matter and to discuss going out for wedding shopping.

A/N: WHAT DO YOU THINK WILL HAPPEN? WHAT WILL DANIEL DO? BECAUSE APPARENTLY, BELLA WON'T AGREE TO GO OUT WITH HIM FOR SHOPPING.
