Bella's POV:
I woke up to the sensation of strong arms wrapped around me. I turned slowly to see Daniel's relaxed, sleeping face. Unable to resist, I gently touched his face and snuggled closer to him.
"How are you feeling?" Daniel's voice was soft but commanding, startling Bella. I froze in place.
"I-I'm much better," I stuttered, pulling away slightly. "You're touching me!" I added, trying to sound annoyed but failing to hide her embarrassment.
Daniel chuckled darkly. "You didn't seem to mind," he said, releasing his hold on me. I quickly got up and ran to the washroom. As I closed the door behind me, I noticed Daniel's clothes hanging, covered in blood. I gasped and ran back to him, worried.
Without a word, I began to lift his shirt, searching for any signs of injury. I rolled him to his side, checking his back.
"You're touching me," Daniel teased, grabbing my hands firmly and pinning them against the bed.
"I saw your clothes in the washroom covered in blood, so..." my voice trailed off, feeling his grip tighten.
"So you were worried?" Daniel smirked, his eyes gleaming.
"No! I wasn't worried," I protested, my voice faltering. "I just came to check."
Our eyes met, and I felt a rush of feelings. Daniel's gaze got stronger, and he brought me closer, kissing me softly and slowly. I couldn't match his pace, and he kept pulling me in. I was running out of breath, so I tapped his chest twice. We both paused, breathing heavily.
He then pushed me onto the bed and hovered over me looking at me intensely with his deep blue eyes, before kissing me again, this time faster and with more intensity. He gently bit my lower lip, making me moan, and then entered my mouth with his tongue, exploring every part. He moved down, his hands exploring my body with a rough gentleness, as if claiming every inch of me. my breath hitched,
My hands roamed over his back under his shirt as we kissed, and I was breathless but didn't want to stop.
Eventually, when I couldn't breathe anymore, I took my hands off his back and tapped his chest. He backed off and whispered in my ear, "You looked amazing in that dress yesterday." Then he lay down on the bed, closing his eyes.
I take a shower and change into fresh clothes. When I return, I see Daniel still lying on the bed. I walk towards him and ask, "You still haven't told me whose blood was on your clothes." He smirks and replies, "Remember the guy who made you uncomfortable last night?" I gasp, shocked. "You didn't," I say. He smirks again and confirms, "He's dead." I'm amazed that he just murdered someone.
Bella stood frozen in shock, her mind racing with a whirlwind of emotions. On one hand, she felt a pang of sympathy for the man Daniel had just killed. Despite his inappropriate advances, she couldn't help but feel a sense of guilt and remorse for his untimely demise. On the other hand, she couldn't shake off the fear coursing through her veins as she realized the extent of Daniel's power and influence.
