At evening.
So, there I was, standing in front of Mr. and Mrs. Min's fancy house, feeling all kinds of nervous. Mr and Mrs. Min had invited me and my parents to meet their son. Little did she know that he and I were like oil and water, always at odds.
I took a deep breath and rang the doorbell, my heart pounding like crazy. I couldn't help but wonder if I said yes how it will be? Or I said no how she will react? I don't want to see her sad. I was confused in myself when I felt my mother's hand on my shoulder.
The door swung open, and Mrs. Min greeted me and my parents with a big smile. She led me into their big living room, which was decked out with fancy decorations. Gotta admit, the place looked pretty impressive. I felt a homely vibe.
I took seat managing my posture good. " Jimin be comfortable son" min Uncle said and I flashed smile. Why It was akward?
"Wow mrs min your house is beautiful and we'll managed" my mother said while looking at whole house. My father flashed smile.
"Thank you" min aunty said while taking seat. I didn't knew what to say or what to talk when my mom asked.
"Where is yoon?"I was in my thoughts but my attention went when she asked about the person with whom they want me to marry.
"He is in room.. I'll call him" min aunty said with akward smile.
"Jimin why are you not talking?" Min aunty asked.
"Nothing is like this aunty" i said with straight face. I never felt this much nervous why today?
"So you thought about marriage?" She asked me.
"First I would like to meet him aunty" she smiled and made eye contact with mr min.
It was too akward.. dad and min Uncle were talking randomly everyone was waiting for the person for whom we came here..
"You guys sit I'll come after sometime maids are making dinner so I came after giving instructions" min aunty left.
"So jimin which subject you teach?" Min uncle asked me.
"Data base management" min uncle made "o" face.
"It must be hard handling different types of students?" He asked me curiously.. i laughed little.
"Till now I never met someone whom I can't handle so it was easy and I don't think so there is someone whom I can't handle" min uncle gave me impressed reaction and my parents looked proud.
"Umm I never met your son in college?" I asked suddenly.
"I don't think so he even attend lectures" min uncle told with done reaction. I hate students who are not punctual or who doesn't attend lectures.
