YOONGI'S POV

Finally, my family is reunited. It looks complete now, just like how it used to be before everything fell apart. The emptiness that had been lingering in my heart, the heavy guilt that had been eating me up slowly, little by little, is finally lifting. It doesn’t feel like a sharp knife pressing into my chest anymore. Instead, it feels warm, lighter, like a deep wound that is finally starting to heal.

I couldn't help but smile to myself as these thoughts ran through my head. My eyes stayed fixed on my sister, yuna who was sitting comfortably between our parents, speaking so animatedly, her voice filled with warmth, laughter, and nostalgia.

She was talking about everything, sharing every detail like she was making up for the lost years. It felt so natural, so familiar, as if she had never been gone for five long years.

For a moment, I imagined myself sitting there, right beside them, just like her. I imagined receiving that same love from both of them—not just from Mom, but from Mr Min too. But then, as quickly as the thought came, I pushed it away.

What I'm even thinking? Is that even possible for me?

A soft voice, close to my ear, pulled me out of my thoughts.

"Yoon, why are you sitting here? Go sit with them," Jimin's voice was gentle, like he had been watching me for a while, like he could see right through me.

I turned my head slightly, my eyes meeting his. He was sitting just beside me, his expression calm but understanding, like he already knew what I was feeling without me having to say it out loud.

"I'm good here," I said, offering him a small smile. He nodded, not pushing further.

The room was silent. Everyone sat there without saying anything, just watching my sister, my mother, and my father. It was like all the exhaustion from crying had drained their energy, leaving them in a quiet, dazed state. No one wanted to break the moment. No one wanted to disturb the fragile peace that had settled over us.

But then, suddenly, Hoseok broke the silence.

"I need to go. It's late, my mother must be waiting," he said as he got up from his seat.

I noticed the way my parents' expressions shifted immediately. There was a flicker of fear in their eyes, a silent panic that he would take Yuna with him, that she would leave again just when they had finally found her. But before anyone could say anything, Hoseok turned to Yuna with a reassuring smile.

"Mahi, you stay here," he said softly. "I'll send your clothes by tomorrow. You should stay, spend time with your family, try to remember everything... Because one day, you're coming with me as officially Mrs. Jung."
