Kamala pov...

“You may all go,” I tell my warriors. They stand, bow, and then leave. I continue looking through some paperwork and so on until I hear the door open. “Mummy!” My head shot up. Ashton runs up to me, and I stand up.

“Ashton,” I look up to see Jay smiling at me. Wait, “How did you get in?” I asked, picking Ashton up from the ground. “Koda let me through.” I nod, smiling. I look at Ashton, “How was school?” I kissed his cheek.

“Fun. I did painting and played football again.” I smiled. I pick up my phone from the table and decide to leave. Ashton can’t be here, especially with all the warriors and guns. “Come on, let’s get you home.” I put him down, and he ran in front of me.

“How’s work?” Jay asks, holding my hand. “Hm, fine. There hasn’t been an issue since the rescue mission in Germany.” I told him. “Are you getting along with your parents?” I look at him, and he raises his eyebrows.

“I think we’re getting along just fine.” I shrug, and he chuckles, shaking his head. “Smoking weed with your Dad on the balcony isn’t necessarily getting along.” I shook my head disapprovingly.

“It is. We talked and laughed about all sorts of random stuff. It was nice. A father-daughter bonding moment. Something I’ve never had.” He hums, nodding. We got outside and luckily I didn’t come in my car.

I strap Ashton in the back and make sure he’s comfortable with his iPad. I sit in the front and put my seatbelt on. Jay starts driving, “When we drop Ashton off, do you have anything to do after?” I shake my head no. “Why?” I asked him as he caressed my thigh with his left hand.

“Let’s just go out and do something. Anything.” I smile, nodding. “Okay but, like what?” I asked as he drove into the compound. “Maybe get something to eat, walk around, I can buy whatever you want. Anything for you.” he parks his car.

“Okay, give me a few minutes.” he nods. I get out of the car and then open Ashton's door. I take him out and carry him to the house. “We're home!” I shout. I look at Ashton, “Mummy is going somewhere, okay?” He looks at me.

“Where are you going?” he asks, grabbing my face. “Jay and I are going on a little date. We'll be back soon.” he smiles, nodding. “I love you.” I kiss his cheek, and he kisses mine. “You guys are back? Ashton.” I put him down and down, and his tiny self runs to Mum.

“I'm going somewhere, but I'll be back soon,” I tell her, and she nods, smiling. I walk back out of the house and jog to Jay’s car. I enter, and he kisses my cheek.

Time skip…

“Have you spoken to your uncles?” He asked as we walked through a field hand in hand. “Pft, no. I don't have anything to discuss with them.” I sigh. “I know what they did was, I don't know, annoying but they’re still your uncles.”

“Yeah, two men who were still treating their eighteen-year-old niece like she was eight. When I was eight I was traumatised, couldn't fend for myself and a pussy. I'm no longer like that and they need to realise that.” I shrug and he sighs nodding.

“I’m just happy that you're back here.” I smile as he pecks my lips. “I’m happy too.” I kiss him back. “Come on, let’s go back to the car.”

We spent maybe three hours walking around London. We bought some stuff for Ashton and Jay bought stuff for me. We ate maybe an hour ago and now we’re going back to the car. He locks the car and starts driving. I notice his hand is now caressing my inner thigh.

I try not to make it known that my body is indeed reacting to him. I just stare out of the window, biting my bottom lip. “Let’s do something before I drop you off.” I looked at him and he was smirking.
