PART TWENTY ONE- i remember it all too well

Im sat in my room colouring in princess ariel i pick up a red pencil for her hair.

I start to colour and then get thirsty so i drink some of the apple juice mum brought me.

I look out the window to see the bright sun beaming down into the garden.

I focus back on my colouring and finish ariels hair and ad the final details to my artwork.

Once im done i go to my sisters room and knock on her door.

"What." She says.

I twist the handle on the door and push it open.

"Do you want to play on the trampoline with me?" I ask.

"No thats for babies me and my friends are going out to do grown up things without you later." She snarls

"Your only 7 and thats just 3 years older then me so if im a baby so are you." I say to her upset.

"Your just jealous you cant do anything thats actually fun." She says.

"Who are you going out with?" I ask trying to change the topic.

"Nazeera, bella and some girls from school, id as you to come but your too young." She laughed.

I started to cry and my mum rushed upstairs.

"Aurora?? Baby whats wrong?" She asks worried.

"Lena is being mean to me." I sob.

My mum walks into lenas room. "I have had it with your attitude young lady you arent allowed to go out with your friends anymore." She snapped.

"What! How is that fair?" Lena screams.

"Your grounded." Mum says.

Lena starts screaming.

I walk downstairs and out into the garden.

The sun is beaming down onto the grass and i love the feeling of the warm sun on my back.

I climb onto the trampoline and start jumping.

Im with my teddybear its a white fluffy bunny called daisy.

I wished my sister would play with me but she doesnt want too.

I continue playing with daisy until it gets too hot and i go back inside.

Mum is making dinner.

"Sweetie i just need to run out to the shops to get some cucumbers ill be about 15 minutes okay?" Mum says.

"Okay." I smile. She kisses the top of my head before putting on her shoes and leaving.

Dad is working in his office as usual.

I walk over to the sofa and switch on the tv.

Tangled comes on and i put down the remote and watch it.

About 20 minutes in i hear my dad storm down the stairs.

"AURORA WHAT THE FUCK IS WRONG WITH YOU!?" He screams.

I feel tears in my eyes. I dont like being shouted at.

"W-what..?" I ask confused and worried.

Lena comes down the stairs behind him with a black eye.

"You hit your sister, get the fuck over here now." He snaps.

I sit daisy down and walk over to my dad.

Lena walks back upstairs giggling.

"I-i.. i didnt h-hurt her i pro-mise.." i sob.

"BULLSHIT." He screams in my face
